Garantie :
- Réservation garantie contre versement des arrhes pour un montant de 30% du montant total du séjour (virement, chèque, CB valide à la date du
séjour).
Annulation :
Pour les réservations d’une nuitée, possibilité d’annuler sans frais jusqu’à 48h avant. Si annulation dans les 48h, nous prélevons le
montant de la nuitée.
Pour toutes les réservations (à partir de 2 nuits) :
- à plus de 14 jours de la date d’arrivée, les arrhes versées seront conservées par l’hôtel pour un prochain séjour, valable jusqu’à la fin de
la saison d’après OU remboursées déduction faite de la première nuit,
- à moins de 14 jours de la date d’arrivée les arrhes seront facturées.
Non présentation le jour de l’arrivée (no show) :
- pour un séjour compris entre 1 et 3 nuits : facturation de 100% du montant du séjour,
- pour un séjour supérieur à 3 nuits : facturation de 3 nuits.
Départ anticipé :
- pour un séjour compris entre 1 et 3 nuits : facturation de 100% du montant du séjour,
- pour un séjour supérieur à 3 nuits : 50% de la totalité du séjour restant avec un minimum d’1 nuit.
GENERAL TERM AND CONDITION 2016
Guarantee :
- Reservation guarantee by payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. (bank transfer, cheque, credit/debit card – card must be
valid on the date of residence).
Cancellation:
- For the reservations of an overnight stay, a possibility of cancelling free of charge until 48 hours before. If cancellation within 48 hours,
we take the amount of the overnight stay.
- For all the reservations (from 2 nights):
In more than 14 days of the date of arrival, the paid deposit will be kept by the hotel for a next stay, valid till the end of the season
according to OR paid off deduction made of the first night,
Unless 14 days of the date of arrival the deposit will be charged.
No show:
- for a stay of between 1 and 3 nights : total amount will be payable
- for a stay longer than 3 nights: 3 nights will be payable.
Early check-out:
- for a stay of between 1 and 3 nights: the full amount of the stay will be payable,
- for a stay longer than 3 nights: 50% of the total amount of the stay remaining, with a minimum of 1 night.
ALLGEMEINE BEDINGUNGEN FÜR VERKAUF 2016
Garantie:
- Reservierung, die gegen Zahlung der Anzahlungen für einen Betrag von 30 % des Gesamtbetrages des Aufenthaltes garantiert ist (Überweisung,
Scheck macht CB zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthaltes rechtswirksam).
Annullierung:
-Für jeden Aufenthalt einer Übernachtung, einer möglichen Annullierung ohne Kosten bis 48 Uhr vor der Ankunft. Wenn Annullierung in
48 Uhr werden wir den Betrag von der Nacht einkassieren.
-Für alle Reservierungen (ab 2 Nächten):
An mehr als 14 Tagen des Ankunftsdatums werden die gezahlten Anzahlungen vom Hotel für einen nächsten Aufenthalt, der bis bewahrt
sein Ende der Jahreszeit nach rechtsgültig ist ODER zurückgezahlt aus erster Nacht gemachter Abzug,
Ausgenommen von 14 Tagen des Ankunftsdatums werden die Anzahlungen fakturiert sein.
Nicht Vorlage am Tag der Ankunft (no Show):
- Für einen zwischen 1 und 3 Nächten eingeschlossenen Aufenthalt: Anrechnung von 100 % des Betrages vom Aufenthalt,
- Für einen 3 Nächten überlegenen Aufenthalt: Anrechnung von 3 Nächten.
Vorzeitige Abfahrt:
- Für einen zwischen 1 und 3 Nächten eingeschlossenen Aufenthalt: Anrechnung von 100 % des Betrages vom Aufenthalt,
- Für einen 3 Nächten überlegenen Aufenthalt: 50 % der Ganzheit des Aufenthaltes, die mit einem Minimum von 1 Nacht bleiben.
