and parallel voting was approved in 1991 and
referred to as the Lugano Agreement.
La nouvelle version de l’accord, reproduite en
annexe, est une r&vision du texte a la lumiere
de I’exprerience aquise; elle a ete approuvee
par la CEI et le CENELEC en Septembre 1996.
The new version of the agreement reproduced
in annex revises the text in the light of the
experience gained, and was approved by IEC
and CENELEC in September 1996.
Elle Porte desormais
Dresde.
It is now known as the Dresden Agreement.
