« A Christmas Carol: better than the book !!!! »
“A Christmas Carol” is the adaptation of the novel of Charles Dickens. If the original tale
was fabulous, the adaptation succeeds to be even more incredible. For those of you who
don’t know the classic story “A Christmas Carol”, it’s about a spendthrift character: Scrooge,
who definitely hates the Christmas eve. He offers gifts to no-one and he never wish ‘Merry
Christmas’ to anybody. But this Christmas, he will never….forget it!
I absolutely recommend you this film. It is an animated movie in 3D, but with real actors
(digitized in 3D) like the famous American actor Jim Carrey who play Scrooge. The world of
Dickens is transcribed and all the characters have their own personality. It is faithful to the
novel. Jim Carrey is perfect in Scrooge, and we have mercy to this old man. The story is really
good and wonderful. To conclude, this film adapts a very good story to make it better and
with many special effects.
