AFSTA CONGRESS 2017 HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Hotel accommodation can be reserved and paid directly by the registered congress delegates to the
hotel of their choice. The AFSTA Secretariat has negotiated with some hotels in Dakar, Senegal and
secured preferred rates for the delegates. All rates quoted on the hotels list below are in US dollars
and are per room and per night, breakfast and service taxes included. Please note that limited rooms
are available at the Congress hotel which is King Fahd Palace Hotel.
Delegates are encouraged to make their hotel bookings before 28th December 2016 secure rooms
at the King Fahd Palace Hotel to avoid disappointment. After this date, rooms will be allocated if
they are still available.
The booking will be done by Delegates directly with the hotels after registration to the Congress.

HOTELS POUR LE CONGRES DE L’AFSTA 2017
La chambre d’hôtel peut être réservée et payée directement par les congressistes inscrits à l’hôtel de
leur choix. Le Secrétariat de l’AFSTA a négocié avec certains hôtels de Dakar et a obtenu des tarifs
préférentiels pour les délégués. Tous les prix indiqués sur la liste d’hôtels ci-dessous sont en US
dollars et par chambre et par nuit et petit déjeuner et toute taxe comprise. Veuillez noter que les
chambres disponibles sont limitées à l’hôtel du congrès qui est l’Hôtel King Fahd Palace.
Les délégués sont invités à faire leur réservation avant le 28 décembre 2016 à l’hôtel King Fahd
Palace pour être sûrs d’avoir une chambre et pour éviter toute déception. Après cette date, les
chambres seront attribuées si elles sont encore disponibles.
La réservation se fera par les délégués directement auprès des hôtels après l’inscription au Congrès.

sur le lien pour chaque hôtel dans le tableau ci-dessous.
