CONDITIONS GENERALES DE LOCATION
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
Any reservation is personal. It is valid for a family and can
not be transferred.
Toute réservation est nominative. Elle est valable pour une famille
et ne peut être cédée.
Durée du séjour : MINIMUM 1 SEMAINE – UNIQUEMENT
DE SAMEDI A SAMEDI
La réservation ne sera effective que lorsqu’elle sera acceptée par la
direction du camping par l’envoi d’une confirmation de location et
après réception du versement comprenant : 25 % d’acompte à
valoir sur la durée de location + 20 € de frais de réservation.
Pour des raisons de sécurité, la réservation de mineurs non
accompagnés de leurs responsables légaux ne pourra être
acceptée.

The reservation will be effective only when it is accepted by
the campsite management by sending a rental confirmation
and receipt of payment comprising 25% down payment on
account of the rental period + 20 € fee Reservation.
For security reasons the booking unaccompanied minors
their guardians will be accepted.
La location meublée sera libre à partir de 17 h le jour de l’arrivée .
Furnished rentals will be free from 17 am on the day of
arrival.
Les départs se font le vendredi de 16h à 20h et le samedi de 7h à
10h .
Nous fonctionnons par système de rendez-vous à prendre à
l’accueil.
Nous effectuons un départ toutes les 5 minutes .
Pour ceux qui veulent partir entre 9h et 10h, pensez à prendre votre
rendez-vous le plus tôt possible .
Pour prendre possession de votre location le jour de l’arrivée,
sont obligatoires :
Departures are on Friday from 16h to 20h and Saturday from
7am to 10am.
We work by appointment system to take to home.
We perform a departure every 5 minutes.
For those who want to leave between 9 and 10am, consider
taking your appointment as soon as possible.
To take possession of your rental the day of arrival, are
required:

Attestation d’Assurance Responsabilité Civile Voyage et
Villégiature
Le paiement du solde du séjour 1 mois avant la date
d’arrivée
Pour les locations meublées, le versement d’une caution de
350,00 € + caution ménage 150 €, restituée au départ après
inventaire des lieux si la location est rendue dans l’état initial
Attention : tous ménages mal fait ou non fait, la caution
ménage sera encaissé immédiatement.

- Liability Insurance Certificate Travel and Vacationing
- The balance of the stay 1 month prior to arrival
- For furnished accommodation, payment of a deposit of
€ 350.00 + € 150 cleaning deposit, returned on departure
after inventory of places if the rental is made in the initial
state
Caution: All household done wrong or not done, the
cleaning deposit will be cashed immediately.
Toute modification dans la liste détaillée des occupants (cidessus) doit être signalée par courrier et acceptée par la direction
du camping. A défaut les personnes non inscrites seront refusées le
jours de l’arrivée.
Any changes in the detailed list of occupants (above) must
be notified by mail and accepted by the campsite
management. Otherwise non-registrants will not be accepted
the day of arrival.

Toute arrivée retardée ou tout départ avancé ne sera pas à la
charge de la direction de l’établissement et aucune réduction ne
sera consentie.
Le locataire s’engage à prendre possession des lieux mis à sa
disposition par le présent contrat. En cas de défaillance de sa part,
le montant de l’acompte versé ne sera pas remboursé. (Sauf sur
présentation d’un certificat médical ou professionnel et seront
retenus les frais de réservation).
TOUT LOCATAIRE EST TENU DE SE CONFORMER AUX
DISPOSITIONS DU REGLEMENT INTERIEUR DU CAMP,
AFFICHE A LA RECEPTION ET DISPONIBLE SUR
SIMPLE DEMANDE .

Any late arrival or early departure will not be the
responsibility of management for establishing and no
discount will be granted.
The tenant agrees to take possession of the premises made
available by this contract. In case of failure on his part, the
amount of the deposit paid will not be refunded. (Except on
production of a medical or professional certificate will be
retained and the reservation fee).
ALL TENANT SHALL COMPLY WITH THE RULES
OF THE CAMP POSTER AT THE RECEPTION AND
AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
