OZONE
OZONE is a colorless gas. Chemically, ozone is very active; it reacts readily with a great many other
substances. Near the Earth’s surface, those reactions cause rubber to crack, hurt plant life, and damage
people’s lung tissues.
But ozone also absorbs harmful components of sunlight, known as “ultraviolet B”, or “UV-B”. High above
the surface, above even the weather systems, a tenuous layer of ozone gas absorbs UV-B, protecting living
things below.
Krill are definitely worth worrying about and they are dying rapidly. They are thought to have the highest
biomass of any multi-cellular organism on Earth. They are the food backbone of the southern ocean
ecosystem and are a "keystone" species.
If the Krill were to disappear, all of the creatures which feed upon them would also disappear leading to a
domino effect and a globally devastating food crisis. Harmful effects and overexposure to UVB radiation
can cause sunburn and some forms of skin cancer. In humans, prolonged exposure to solar UV radiation
may result in acute and chronic health effects on the skin, eye, and immune system.
[8]
However the most deadly form - malignant melanoma - is mostly caused by the indirect DNA damage
(free radicals and oxidative stress). This can be seen from the absence of a UV-signature mutation in 92%
of all melanoma.[9] UVC rays are the highest energy, most dangerous type of ultraviolet light. Little
attention has been given to UVC rays in the past since they are filtered out by the atmosphere.

The Vienna Convention for the protection of the ozone layer
Look, even if you didn’t read any of the links above, at least read the next one.
You thought all we have to do is fix the ozone right?
Understanding the problem a bit better now?
Okay, so what do we do to fix it, not just above but, below as well, because it must be obvious by now:
You cannot work on one and do nothing about the other! Well the solution is three fold and will require the
combined efforts of three different but related technologies working in unisons with one another toward a
common goal. Same as the Alchemist of old used to quote: “As above, so below” The solution will not be
cheap! But sometimes big problems costs great big money. The results need not take 50 years and will be
well worth the investment. The problem has to be attacked from above and below and as the evidence has
shown, will not work any other way. The Technology to accomplish this and achieve the desired goal has
been with us for some years now. These technologies had their origins in the mind of one Dr. Christian
Daniel ASSOUN. Ever so slowly the dream is becoming a reality.
You see, there has been a great deal of reluctance to believe that the problems are as bad as the reality of
the situation is revealing itself to be. The evidence now shows that we have very little time left before the
entropy of the entire ecosystem collapses in on itself. At a certain point in the progression of these very real
problems, the process will not be reversible and will in fact escalate exponentially out of control.
The time to address these problems is yesterday but, since we didn’t start to address the problems yesterday
and we are looking forward to a great deal of tomorrows, we must start this program development now.
Right now in fact or we will not be able to implement them in time to effect the necessary corrections
before the inevitable outcome of being too many days late is our only reality.
The implementation of an ozone corrective program will require the construction of several supportive
programs as well. If we confront the ozone problem head on we will need to construct a delivery
mechanism. This delivery mechanism is called: “Heliotorr”. Heliotorr is a lighter that air system capable of
transportation of up to 75 tons of any materials, people, equipment or other payload at approximately 120
kilometers per hour anywhere on earth.
If the Heliotorr is to be employed in a program to repair the damage done to the ozone layer from years of
negligence and simply not understanding the way that the ecosystem works, we must also employ the
“Terminatorr for waste remediation’s” also referred to as “TH3” is capable of transforming elements
through the use of plasma technology and a specialized seeding process.
The TH3 can convert certain noxious and environmentally damaging gases into gases of our choice, like
ozone while destroying carbon, chlorine and other environmentally unfriendly gases and particles in the
process. You could think of the TH3 as a huge vacuum cleaner with the world’s most advanced hepa filter
ever designed. The TH3 would have to be employed at extreme altitudes to be able to accomplish what it

does so well and in order to get it there and keep it there for prolonged periods of time, the "Heliotorr"
would be used to its full potential. The most monumental part of the program by far would be the
implementation of what is called the "Motorr". The Motorr is a technological marvel. It can generate up to
1 megawatt of power from one pound of metal or metalloid material with no environmental signatures at
all. This means we can put a system in place and power it completely and entirely disconnected from the
power grid or other polluting sources of energy.
This is a massive undertaking to employ all of these systems in a symbiotic relationship with one another.
We are not done yet! To drop back a bit too where I made reference to the fact that we cannot correct the
ozone problem without tackling the pollution problems down to earth, there is a perfectly good reason for
this. To whit I re-present the link that spoke to this problem a few paragraphs ago:
You thought all we have to do is fix the ozone right?
Okay so, here we are confronted by the most rapidly progressing problems ever to face modern day man.
We are not dinosaurs or cave men running from a volcano or something we have no control over. The
situation is critical but, not entirely hopeless. The money it will take to accomplish the greatest feat ever
undertaken by mankind on a global level is astronomical but, what are the alternatives to this dilemma? Do
we say there is nothing we can do about it, knowing full well that this statement is not true or ethical?
Our children and our grand children will never forgive us for the devastation we leave behind as a legacy to
them and it is our duty to clean up the mess we have inherited from our fathers and added to in our own
ignorance. Will we throw up our hands therefore and say there is nothing to be done or will we roll up our
sleeves and confront the tasks at hand?
We must decide quickly.
