3. Directions
The best way to reach the conference venue and hotels from either Orly or Roissy
Charles de Gaulle airport is to take the RER Line B and to stop at St-Michel Notre
Dame (or Denfert Rochereau for Edouard VI and Solar hotel). The ticket costs
approximately EUR 10 and the journey takes approximately 1 hour. From St-Michel
Notre Dame, participants can take line 4 (purple) to Saint-Germain des Prés for the
conference venue and most hotels.
For participants arriving at Gare du Nord, line 4 (purple) goes directly from there to
Saint-Germain des Prés, near the conference venue and most hotels. For Hotel
Edouard VI, participants can continue on line 4 to Saint-Placide, and Denfert
Rochereau for the Solar Hotel (both near Gare Montparnasse).
The nearest metro stations to the conference venue are: Rue du Bac (ligne 12);
Saint-Germain des Prés (ligne 4); and Sèvres Babylone (lignes 10 et 12)

4. Meals
Conference dinners have been planned for Wednesday 3 and Thursday 4 June.
Please be reminded that dietary requirements can only be accommodated if
