Khateb (3) Educational objectives of the course : The objective of teaching the first year of the Master Molecular Chemistry oriented toward life science is to provide students with a solid foundation in molecular chemistry, spectroscopy and to the interfaces. In this context, three tracks are offered in order to integrate students with initial training more oriented chemistry or biology. Particular emphasis is placed on the comprehesion of reaction mechanisms and metal-ligand interactions in order to determine the optimal reaction conditions. The Heck reaction, palladium catalyzed cross-couplings olefin metathesis are studied in detail. Prerequisite: Mastery of basic knowledge and concept in inorganic and organic chemistry. The reactivity of Phosphorus, Sulfur, Silicon, Boron, Aluminium, Manganese, Chrome is presented and illustrated by reaction allowing C-C single or double bond formation,formation of C-Het bond is also presented as well as the use of heteroelements for oxidations and reductions ofcompounds organic. Dhimane OBJECTIFS L’objectif de ce cours est de donner aux étudiants une bonne connaissance de la formation et la réactivité comparée des espèces organométalliques stoechiométriques. Le cours aborde la chimie des dérivés du magnésium, du lithium, du cuivre, du zinc, du bore, de l’aluminum avec l’étude de la chimio, de la régio et de la diastéréosélectivité. Pré requis : Maîtrise des connaissances et concepts de base en chimie organique acquis en L3 Chimie. Cette UE est constituée de trois parties distinctes : « Systèmes moléculaires organisés », « Généralités sur les surfaces » et « Electrochimie ». Dans le cadre de la première, les objectifs sont de donner de bonnes connaissances sur la thermodynamique des surfaces solides et les interactions solide-gaz, en relation avec les méthodes expérimentales et les applications pratiques. Pour ce qui est de la seconde partie, il s’agira d’acquérir les concepts et les bases théoriques dans le domaine de la chimie supramoléculaire. L’étudiant est amené aux concepts de la chimie supramoléculaire (par référence à la chimie moléculaire) en commençant par une introduction aux liaisons (interactions) faibles: solide-gaz, solideliquide et liquide-liquide, pour aborder les milieux condensés, en passant par les différents concepts de base de cette chimie et arriver aux méthodes expérimentales d’élaboration des édifices et systèmes organisés. Les systèmes amphiphiles sont étudiés dans ce cadre. Enfin, dans la dernière partie, il s’agira de de compléter avec des notions d’électrochimie moléculaire et de présenter les principales applications de l’electrochimie. Maurel III) Electrochimie (2 ECTS) Ce cours a deux objectifs : d'une part introduire les éléments fondamentaux d'électrochimie moléculaire nécessaires à la compréhension et l'étude des processus chimiques et biochimiques faisant intervenir des transferts d'électrons, d'autre part donner un bref aperçu de quelques applications industrielles importantes de l'électrochimie. Après quelques brefs rappels sur la nature des interfaces chargées, les différents phénomènes contrôlant une réaction de transfert de charge à une électrode seront étudiés en détail via l’analyse des courbes intensité-potentiel en régime stationnaire. Une introduction à la voltamétrie cyclique permettra de donner un aperçu sur la possibilité d'étudier des systèmes chimiques et biochimiques complexes, où réactions redox et chimiques sont intimement associées. Les principales applications de l’électrochimie telles que le stockage de charges (pile, accumulateur, pile à combustible) et la corrosion seront par la suite développées TP (1 séance de 2x3=6h) portant sur étude d’une technique électrochimique (la voltamétrie cyclique), l’étude de la cinétique de transfert d’électron interfaciale, l’étude des phénomènes de transport de masse par électrode tournante, et enfin l’étude de la catalyse par le matériau d’électrode ou par un catalyseur moléculaire. The EU is made up of three distinct parts: "organized molecular systems", "Overview of surfaces" and "Electrochemistry". As part of the first, the objectives are to give a good knowledge of the thermodynamics of solid surfaces and solid-gas interactions in relation to the experimental methods and practical applications. Cette UE propose une approche théorique des techniques actuellement utilisées avec des applications dans le domaine des produits de santé, biologique, agroalimentaire.
