PRESS RELEASE Brussels, 18th June 2012 Europerf elects a new President and welcomes Gantois Industries & Perfo Linea Europerf, the European association representing leading European manufacturers of perforated sheets, has elected Hans-Ulrich Koch as its new President for the period 2012-2014. Mr. Koch, who had been a Board member for two years, is General Manager of the German company Dillinger. Fred Graepel, from the Irish company Graepel Perforatros and Weavers, was elected VicePresident. Europerf is also proud to welcome two new members: the French company Gantois Industries and Perfo Linea from Czech Republic. Their applications were unanimously endorsed at European General Assembly meeting on 15th June 2012 in Lisbon. Gantois Industries (www.gantois.com) was founded in April 2011, when Filtres Guérin partially took over the centenarian company Gantois SA. It fully continues the operations of wire weaving, metal perforation and production of filtration and building metal sheets, particularly staircases. Mr. Franck Drouault is the Chairman of Gantois Industries with Mr. Marc Toillier as CEO. The company employs 245 people and concentrates its manufacturing operations in Saint-Dié des Vosges (France). Gantois Industries is the national leader in Woven Wire Cloths, Perforated Plates and Metallic Staircases. Perfo Linea (www.perfolinea.cz) was created in 2001 though it enjoys 75 years of tradition in perforation. The company employs 78 people and focuses its activities on the central and eastern European market. Perfo Linea is the unique manufacturer of perforated sheets in Czech Republic.
