Il polipropilene copolimero
RANDOM tipo 3 usato per la
costruzione del sistema POLYFUSION SYSTEM possiede un alto
peso molecolare ed una elevata
resistenza alla fessurazione,
caratteristiche fondamentali per il
trasporto di fluidi caldi sotto
pressione, ed una buona resilienza
che assicura una facile installazione
anche con temperature al di sotto
dello 0°C.
Altre caratteristiche indispensabili
sono l’assoluta atossicità e la
saldabilità.

RANDOM type 3 used for the
construction of POLY-FUSION
SYSTEM has a high molecular
weight and a considerable
resistance to cracks, two
characteristics of fundamental
importance for the transportation
of hot fluids under pressure as
well as a good resilience that can
guarantee for an easy installation
even at temperatures below 0°C.
Non-toxicity and weldability are
other basic characteristics.The
tests carried out on the material
and the main physical properties
of copolymer polypropylene
RANDOM type 3 are shown in
the tables provided here below.

RANDOM 3 utilisé pour la
construction du système POLYFUSION SYSTEM possède un
grand poids moléculaire et une
haute résistance à la fissuration,
caractéristiques fondamentales
pour le transport des fluides
chauds sous pression; il possède
en outre une bonne résilience qui
assure une installation facile
même à des températures
inférieures à 0°C. Les autres
caractéristiques indispensables
sont son caractère totalement
atoxique et sa soudabilité. Dans

gran resistencia a las fisuras,
características fundamentales para
el transporte de fluidos calientes
bajo presión, y también una
buena resiliencia, que asegura una
fácil instalación incluso con
temperaturas bajo 0°C.Otras
características indispensables del
material es la soldabilidad y que
es absolutamente atóxico.En las
siguientes tablas, están indicatos
los ensayos a los cuales se ha
sometido el material y las

POLY-FUSION SYSTEM essendo
costruito con polipropilene
copolimero RANDOM 3, garantisce
un’elevata resistenza ad una vasta
gamma di agenti chimici anche ad
alte temperature (110-115°C.). La
rigidità del prodotto e la durezza
delle superfici consentono il
contatto diretto, senza provocare
alcun deterioramento, anche con
sostanze acide o basiche come la
calce ed il cemento.
La tabella di seguito riportata indica
la resistenza dei raccordi e dei tubi
del POLY-FUSION SYSTEM agli
agenti chimici in accordo con le
normative DIN 8078.
Since POLY-FUSION SYSTEM is
made of copolymer polypropylene
RANDOM 3, it is highly resistant
to a wide range of chemical
agents even at high temperatures
(110-115°C). The stiffness of the
product and the hardness of
surfaces allow a direct contact
also with basic or acid substances,
such as concrete or lime without
causing any deterioration.The
table here shows the resistance of
POLY-FUSION SYSTEM fittings
and pipes to chemical agents in
compliance with DIN 8078
regulations below.
POLY-FUSION SYSTEM étant
construit avec le polypropylène
copolymère RANDOM 3 garantit
