Le ultime tendenze del mercato ci hanno indirizzato verso l’utilizzo di meccanismi
a due pieghe anche da inserimento, infatti l’enorme varietà di produzione di salotti
consente un più ampio utilizzo di un meccanismo per il letto. Il programma Fly nella
sua ampiezza è la naturale scelta per tali esigenze, in quanto permette all’utilizzatore
di scegliere tra un’ampia gamma di meccanismi in funzione delle proprie necessità
che possono anche considerare l’inserimento diretto all’interno del fusto in legno. Il
programma prevede infatti sia la versione con telaio e baionette, sia la versione con
piastra laterale dotata delle caratteristiche svasature atte a consentire il facile e veloce
inserimento e fissaggio della rete sul fusto in legno. La grande versatilità di questo
programma permette di scegliere due diverse altezze di seduta; infatti con l’utilizzo di
un piede da 8 cm. Avremo le altezze riportate nella tabella a lato. L’applicazione dei
movimenti poggiatesta Fly sdoppiati permettono al divano di sollevare le cuscinature
dello schienale facilitando una migliore uscita della meccanica, dando un maggior
comfort all’utilizzatore. Il programma Fly è stato realizzato considerando l’essenziale necessità qualitativa; tutta la gamma infatti è stata realizzata utilizzando tubolari,
spessori e leverismi ad alta resistenza che garantiscono la tradizionale robustezza del
nostro prodotto. L’ottenimento di un prezzo più interessante è stato possibile anche
grazie all’eliminazione di alcuni particolari superflui, sfruttando la versatilità della rete
in acciaio elettrosaldato e ad una vasca contenitiva del materasso di nuova concezione. Il prodotto è verniciato in polvere epossidica di colore grigio.
The lasted tendencies of market have addressed us towards the use of twofold mechanisms also for insertion, in fact the enormous variety of the upholstery production
allows a wider use of a mechanism for the bed. The program FLY, in its wideness, is
the natural choice for such demands, as it enables the user to choose among an ample range of mechanisms according to his own necessities which can also consider
the direct insertion inside the wooden frame. The program foresees in fact, both the
version with supporting frame and bayonets, and the version with side plate with the
characteristic flaring to allow the easy and fast insertion and fixing of the net on the wooden frame. The great versatility of this program allows to choose two different sitting
heights; in fact by the use of a 8 cm. high foot we shall have the heights indicated in the
chart on the following page. The application of the double headrest movements FLY
allows the couch to lift the back cushions facilitating the opening of the mechanisms
giving a greater comfort to the user.
The program FLY has been realized considering the essential technical and quality
needs; the whole range in fact has been realized using tubular, thickness and levers
in high resistant steel, which guarantees the traditional strength of our product. A more
interesting price has also been possible by offering a product in line to the actual
needs of the market by exploiting the versatility of the electro-welded steel net and
the new conception of the mattress housing. This product is painted in grey color
epoxy powder.
Les dernières tendances du marché nous ont orientés vers l’utilisation de mécanismes à deux plis aussi à insertion, en effet, l’énorme variété de la production de
salons permet une utilisation plus ample d’un tel mécanisme pour les lits. Le programme Fly, du fait de son amplitude, est le choix naturel pour de telles exigences,
étant donné qu’il permet à l’utilisateur de choisir parmi une ample gamme de mécanismes, en fonction de ses propres nécessités, qui peuvent aussi être insérés directement dans le cadre de bois. Le programme prévoit, en effet, à la fois la version avec
châssis et baïonnettes et la version avec plaque latérale équipée des évasements
caractéristiques qui permettent d’insérer et de fixer facilement et rapidement le sommier sur le cadre de bois. La grande versatilité de ce programme permet de choisir
deux différentes hauteurs de siège; en effet, en utilisant un pied de 8 cm. nous aurons les hauteurs reportées dans le tableau ci-contre. L’application des mouvements
dédoublés de l’appuie-tête Fly permet au canapé de soulever les coussinages du
dossier, de faciliter une meilleure sortie de la mécanique et d’offrir un meilleur confort
à l’utilisateur. Le programme Fly a été réalisé en tenant compte de la nécessité essentielle de la qualité; toute la gamme, en effet, a été réalisée en utilisant des tubulaires,
des épaisseurs et des mécanismes à leviers à haute résistance qui garantissent une
robustesse, pour nous traditionnelle, à notre produit. Nous avons pu obtenir un prix
plus intéressant aussi du fait de l’élimination de certains détails superflus en exploitant
