ACT
A total of sixteen successor EDC by-laws adopted in
2004. Each study dealt with transitional reserve fund
analysis, meeting legislative requirements respecting
notification and public consultation, the basis for
differentiating residential rates, etc. Only one by-law
appeal was filed in respect of all of the jurisdictions
noted herein.
