Born in 1930 in Ussel, in Corrèze, L'Usselloise, family-owned company, develops its skills for
the work of quality pork ham from one generation to another.
With the soul of craftsmen, Stephane LUC and his team have to summon their patience so that,
after months of refining passed in the drying rooms, the salted meat (which had first been the
object of rigorously selection of raw materials ) can spread all its flavors, typicality and aromas.
Traceability, quality, food safety, respect of the tradition and availability of all our team are
