Religious orders and ecclesiastical institutions (13th-15th centuries)
The forms of medieval religious communication (preaching, hagiography)
Culture at the Savoy court in the fifteenth century
Between 2002 and 2009, these research areas have led to two Projects of National Interest (PRIN), financed by the Italian
Ministry of Education, University, and Research, for which I was local coordinator (Turin):
 (2002-2004) research project on Ecclesiastical institutions, religious life, and political power in the Duchy of Savoy
(15th Century)
 (2006-2009) research project on Training, recruitment and mobility of ecclesiastical and religious elites in the subalpine
area (14th-16th centuries), between institutionalization and culture.
