Royal Windsor Hotel in Brussels
debuts Palatial Grand Place Suite
overlooking the heart of the city
Luxury accommodations have reached
new heights in the heart of Brussels, with the
debut of The Grand Place Suite atop the Royal
Windsor Hotel. At 400 square meters (more
than 1,300 square feet), the exquisite space
functions as a refined private residence, including butler service. The crowning feature
is a furnished terrace with an exclusive, 270
degree panoramic vista over one of the
world’s most celebrated locations, the Grand
Place of Brussels and the city’s rooftops.
The Grand Place Suite,
Pure Magic. Inside and Out
The Grand Place Suite was unveiled following a two-year construction project that
involved exceptional talent. Richard Chiu,
owner and president of Warwick International
Hotels, and wife, Ann, consulted with Louis
Vanheusden, Regional General Manager of
Belgium and the Royal Windsor Hotel Grand
place, to create an environment worthy of the
most sophisticated and worldly guests.
The suite is entered through its own
private access. Double doors open into rooms
bathed with light flooding in through skylight windows. The suite features spacious
living and dining areas, including a kitchen.
Private enclaves feature one bedroom with
a dressing room and bathroom, along with
an office. Myriad tasteful touches infusing
subtle nuances of character, charm and exclusivity are incorporated throughout the suite.
Exquisite paneling and Art Deco antiques in
polished and rare woods coordinate perfectly
with rich fabrics, carpets and wall coverings. Sumptuous black marble and exquisite
mosaic tiles grace the bathroom. From shimmering Murano glassware and a goose-down
duvet to stylish saddle-stitching and elegant
gilt finishes, everything collectively combines
for an atmosphere of opulence and comfort.
Additionally, it goes without saying that The
Grand Place Suite boasts capability to enable
the latest, new-generation technologies, if required.
The terrace, visible
through
floor-toceiling bay windows,
boasts dark wood
underfoot, comfortable seating and
tables, bronze sculptures and a view
that is imposing in
the daytime and
truly entrancing at
night with the Royal
Windsor Hotel Grand
Place lit up in all its
beauty.
On arrival and throughout a guest’s stay at
The Grand Place Suite, a private butler serves
as the personal contact to satisfy every desire,
from arranging various individual effects in
the dressing room and VIP shopping to coordinating a terrace reception or a private
dinner. The intention behind this highly attentive “majordomo” assistance is to deliver
impeccable service and an unforgettable personalized experience.
Prestige and a Noble Reputation
Set in the perfect location in the heart of
Brussels, the Royal Windsor Hotel Grand Place
attracts travelers who enjoy hospitality in the
grand tradition. Part of this spirit, The Grand
Place Suite confirms the international reputation of the hotel. Royal Windsor Hotel Grand
Place offers a total of 267 accommodations,
including 16 suites, one Royal Suite and the
new Grand Place Suite. The hotel also offers
a breakfast salon, full-service restaurant, a
