1. Conditions de participation.
a) Afin de participer au Concours « Gagnez 300$ en rabais cadeau pour un souper et une
nuitée à La Maison du Bootlegger », vous devez vous procurer un produit de marque LA
MAISON DU BOOTLEGGER dans l’une des 5 succursales IGA Louise Ménard
(http://igalouisemenard.com/contact/), et remplir un bulletin de participation.
b) Vous pouvez participer autant de fois que vous le souhaitez pendant la durée du concours
en vous procurant d’autres produits LA MAISON DU BOOTLEGGER. Chaque
transaction incluant un produit LA MAISON DU BOOTLEGGER vous donne droit à une
participation au Concours.
c) Les produits LA MAISON DU BOOTLEGGER sont clairement identifiés et la
signalisation en magasin indiquera l’emplacement de ces produits.
2. Bulletins de participation. Pour vous inscrire au Concours, vous devez remplir un bulletin
de participation en ligne à l’adresse suivante : igalouisemenard.com. Conservez votre facture
car vous devrez indiquer dans le bulletin de participation le numéro et la date de la transaction
où vous avez acheté un produit LA MAISON DU BOOTLEGGER. Ces informations se
retrouvent sur la facture en question, une image sur le bulletin de participation vous indiquera
comment identifier ces informations.
3. Date et heure limites. Vous avez jusqu’au dimanche 14 juin 2015 à 23 :59 pour vous inscrire
au Concours.
4. Prix.
a) En participant au Concours, vous courez la chance de gagner un (1) rabais-cadeau de
300$ pour un souper et/ou une nuitée à la Maison du Bootlegger (110, Rang du Ruisseau
des Frênes, La La Malbaie (Québec) G5A 2C8) (le « Prix »).
b) Le Prix est d’une valeur totale de 300$ CAD (trois cents dollars canadiens).
c) Le Prix sera attribué par tirage au sort parmi toutes les participations valides reçues avant
la date et heure limites.
d) On entend par « une participation valide » une inscription complète sur le site
igalouisemenard.com et dont les détails de la facture inscrite présentent un achat d’un
produit La Maison du Bootlegger. Si la facture ne présente aucun produit La Maison du
Bootlegger, l’inscription ne sera pas valide.
e) Aucune substitution ou échange en argent du Prix. Le Prix doit être utilisé « tel quel ».
f) Aucune date limite pour utiliser le Prix.
g) Pour utiliser le Prix, le gagnant devra communiquer directement avec la Maison du
Bootlegger ((418) 439-3711) afin de prendre réservation pour le souper et/ou la nuitée.
Les attributions de réservation seront confirmées par La Maison du Bootlegger selon leurs
politiques en vigueur. Le Prix est constitué d’un rabais cadeau, donc tout dépassement sur
la facture du gagnant lors de l’utilisation du Prix doit être acquitté auprès de la Maison du
Bootlegger.
5. Désignation du gagnant. Le tirage sera effectué le lundi 15 juin 2015 et le gagnant sera
désigné par tirage au sort de tous les bulletins de participation valides. L’annonce du gagnant
sera faite le mardi 16 juin 2015.
6. Mention du gagnant. Le gagnant sera avisé via le courriel qu’il a fourni dans son bulletin de
participation. Si aucune réponse n’est obtenue de sa part après 7 jours de l’envoi du courriel,
nous communiquerons par téléphone. Si après 7 jours suite à cette communication, nous
n’avons toujours pas de réponse du gagnant, le prix sera tiré au sort à nouveau et un nouveau
gagnant sera déterminé selon le même processus.
7. Réclamation du prix. Le Prix devra être réclamé par le gagnant auprès de la succursale IGA
Louise Ménard déterminée par le gagnant.
8. Éligibilité. Le Concours est ouvert à tous, à l’exception des individus nommés à l’article 9
plus bas. Les participants au Concours doivent avoir plus de 18 ans.
9. Exclusion. Les employés de IGA Louise Ménard et de La Maison du Bootlegger, ainsi que
leurs familles respectives sont exclus du Concours.
10. Différend. Un différend quant à l’organisation ou à la conduite de ce concours publicitaire
peut être soumis à la Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux afin qu’il soit tranché. Un
différend quant à l’attribution d’un prix peut être soumis à la Régie uniquement aux fins
d’une intervention pour tenter de le régler.

1. Conditions.
a) In order to participate in the “Win $300 in gift discounts for dinner and overnight stay at
La Maison du Bootlegger” Contest, you must purchase a LA MAISON DU
BOOTLEGGER product in one of the five IGA Louise Ménard stores
(http://igalouisemenard.com/en/contact-us/) and complete the entry form.
b) You may enter as many times as you wish during the Contest period by purchasing other
LA MAISON DU BOOTLEGGER products. Each transaction that includes a LA
MAISON DU BOOTLEGGER product entitles you to a participation in the Contest.
c) LA MAISON DU BOOTLEGGER products are clearly identified and in-store signage
will indicate the location of these products.
2. Entry Forms. To register for the Contest, you must complete an online entry form at the
following address: igalouisemenard.com/en/. Keep your transaction receipt as you will need
to indicate in the entry form a transaction date and number for the LA MAISON DU
BOOTLEGGER products you have purchased. This information can be found on the receipt
in question; an image on the entry form will show you how to identify it.
3. Deadline. You have until Sunday, June 14, 2015 at 23:59 to enter the Contest.
4. Prize.
a) By entering the Contest, you are eligible to win one (1) gift discount of $300 for dinner
and/or overnight stay at La Maison du Bootlegger (110, Rang du Ruisseau des Frênes, La
Malbaie (Quebec) G5A 2C8) (the “Prize”).
b) The Prize is worth a total of CAD $300 (three hundred Canadian dollars).
c) The Prize will be awarded by random draw from all valid entries received by the deadline.
d) A “valid entry” means a full registration through igalouisemenard.com website and for
which the transaction receipt you have entered through the entry form includes a purchase
of a La Maison du Bootlegger product. If the receipt has no La Maison du Bootlegger
product, then the registration will not be valid.
e) No substitutions or exchanges. The Prize must be used “as is”.
f) There is no deadline to use the Prize.
g) To use the Prize, the winner must communicate directly with La Maison du Bootlegger
((418) 439-3711) to make reservations for dinner and the overnight stay. The reservation
will be confirmed by La Maison du Bootlegger in accordance with their policies. The
Prize consists of gift discounts, so any excess amount for dinner or the overnight stay
must be paid by the winner to La Maison du Bootlegger.
5. Draw. The draw will be held on Monday, June 15, 2015 and the winner will be chosen by a
random drawing from all valid entries. The announcement of the winner will be made on
Tuesday, June 16, 2015.
6. Notification. The winner will be notified via the email address he/she has provided in the
entry form. If no response is received 7 days after sending the email, we will contact the
winner by phone. If after 7 days following this latter communication, we still have no
response from the winner, the prize will be drawn again and a new winner will be determined
by the same process.
7. Claim of Prize. The Prize must be claimed by the winner at the IGA Louise Ménard branch
that he/she determines.
8. Eligibility. The Contest is open to all, with the exception of individuals named in section 9
below. Contest participants must be 18 years and older.
9. Exclusion. Employees of IGA Louise Ménard and La Maison du Bootlegger, as well as their
families are excluded from the Contest.
10. Dispute. Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of this publicity contest may be
submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation
respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of
helping the parties reach a settlement.
