Excluded: meals, personal stationery, music examinations, GCSE or IB resits, individual music
tuition, personal insurance, excursions and tuition for additional foreign languages.
Sont exclus: les repas, les fournitures personnelles, les examens de musique, les examens de
rattrapage, les cours de musique individuels, l’assurance personnelle, les sorties et les cours de
langue supplémentaires.
Registration Fee / frais d’inscription:
Is payable upon application and must accompany the registration form. This fee is not an annual
payment / payable lors du dépôt de la candidature et doit être accompagné du formulaire
d’inscription. Ce paiement n’est pas annuel.
Canteen Fees / frais de la cantine:
Invoices will be sent at the beginning of the school year for the canteen / la cantine sera facturée au
début de l’année scolaire.
Capital Fee / frais d’investissement:
A Capital Fee of € 3,000 per student, is payable upon acceptance of an offered place at IST. This fee is
not refundable and goes towards the funding of improved facilities / la somme de 3.000 € par
étudiant est à verser lorsqu’une place lui est offerte. Cette somme n’est pas remboursable et servira
au financement d’un meilleur équipement.

Deposits / cautions:
A deposit € 1,000 will be required to cover the laptop computer and all school books. The deposit
shall be refunded on departure, to the parents or company who originally paid, provided the laptop
and books are returned in good order and that there are no other outstanding bills. The capital fee
and deposit are not annual payments and will be due and invoiced with the first fees instalment /
une caution de 1.000 € vous sera demandée pour couvrir l’ordinateur portable et les livres scolaires.
Cette caution sera remboursée, aux parents ou à la société l’ayant payée, lors du départ de l’enfant, à
condition que l’ordinateur et les livres soient restitués en bon état et s’il n’y aura pas d’autres factures
dûes. Les frais d’investissement et la caution ne sont pas des paiements annuels, ils seront versés et
facturés lors du premier versement des frais de scolarité.

For independent fee-payers (those not sponsored or partially sponsored by a company) the
school fees payable for a brother or a sister of a student already attending the school shall be
subject to the following discounts / les particuliers (ceux qui ne sont pas sponsorisés ou
partiellement sponsorisés) bénéficient des réductions suivantes sur le montant des frais pour
un frère ou une soeur d’un élève fréquentant l’école

The family discounts do not apply to the registration fee of € 1,500.00 or to any charges or
fees relating to optional extras, capital fee or deposits. These discounts only apply to children
attending the School; consequently, whenever an elder child leaves the School, the discount
for the remaining sibling(s) will be reduced accordingly / les réductions familiales ne
s’appliquent pas aux frais d’inscription de 1.500 € ni à aucune autre charge ou frais
concernant des options supplémentaires, ni aux frais d’investissement et à la caution. Ces
réductions ne s’appliquent qu’aux enfants inscrits à l’école; par conséquent, si un des enfants
quitte l’école, la réduction appliquée aux enfant(s) restant(s) sera réduite en conséquence.

If the School declines admission of a student either after evaluation or no more available
places, the registration fee will be reimbursed to the parents. If the parents refuse to accept
the terms and conditions of the offer letter, the fee shall not be refunded. Admission is
subject to a written offer letter by the Principal, a copy of which must be acknowledged by
the parents and returned to the School / dans le cas où l’école refuserait l’admission d’un
élève suite à une évaluation ou l’indisponibilité de places, alors les frais d’inscription seraient
remboursés aux parents. Dans le cas où les parents n’accepteraient pas les termes et
conditions d’admission transmis par courrier, alors les frais ne seront pas remboursés.
L’admission de l’enfant est sujette à une lettre d’offre écrite par le proviseur, dont la copie
doit être approuvée par les parents et retournée à l’école.

Tuition fees for the academic year 2011-2012 shall be paid by 1st August 2011 in full or in two
instalments: 60% on 1st August (or upon entry) and 40% on 1st January 2012. If entry is after
1st January the tuition must be paid in full upon entry for the remainder of the academic year
/ les frais de scolarité pour l’année scolaire 2011-2012 doivent être payés le 1er août 2011 en
totalité ou en deux versements: 60% le 1er août (ou lors de l’arrivée) et 40% le 1er janvier
2012. Si l’arrivée se fait après le 1er janvier, alors les frais doivent être versés en totalité à
cette date pour le reste de l’année.

In the case of late payment (30 days after date of invoice) and after due notification, the
School will enforce French Law number 92-1442 dated 31.12.1992, whereby interest will be
charged monthly at the rate of 1.5% to the overdue balance. The school reserves the right to
demand payment of the total annual fees in advance / dans le cas d’un retard de paiement
(30 jours après la date de facturation) et suite aux rappels prévus, l’école pourra saisir la loi
92-1442 du 31.12.1992, selon laquelle des intérêts de 1.5% se rajouteront chaque mois au
solde débiteur. L’école se réserve le droit de demander le versement de la totalité des frais
annuels en avance.

Fees can be paid by direct debit over ten months, at no extra cost. The payments for the
academic year 2011-2012 will run from July 2011 until April 2012 and are open to all parents
who have a French bank account. Parents wishing to enter after July 2011 must ensure that
the fees are paid one term in advance before applying / les frais peuvent être payés par
prélèvement automatique sur une période de dix mois, sans frais supplémentaire. Les
prélèvements pour l’année scolaire 2011-2012 se feront de juillet 2011 à avril 2012 et sont
ouverts à tous les parents possédant un compte bancaire français. Les parents qui souhaitent
inscrire leur enfant après juillet 2011 doivent s’assurer que les frais soient payés un trimestre
à l’avance.
6.
Notification of withdrawal must be given in writing by the legal guardian at least a TERM in
advance of withdrawal and addressed to the Principal. No allowance can be made in the case
of absence of the student from the School for medical or other reasons / tout départ doit
être annoncé par écrit par l’intermédiaire du tuteur légal à l’attention du principal au moins
un TRIMESTRE avant le départ. Aucune indemnisation ne sera accordée en cas d’absence de
l’élève pour des raisons médicales ou autres.
A percentage of tuition fees will be refundable upon early departure / Un pourcentage des
frais de scolarité sera remboursé en cas de départ anticipé.

o Full time provision with the possibility of an integrated start i.e. some mornings only
attendance until October half term.
The choice of the provision is for a minimum of a term and a minimum requirement for FS1 would be
daily attendance mornings only.
