This inn is located in a charming village (an unmissable halt with a wealth of history between
Toulouse and Carcassonne), a thirteenth century bastide overlooking the Lauragais plain
facing the Montagne Noire and the Pyrenees. One of the best restaurants in the area.
At one time, goods were weighed here for official transactions. Now, this inn offers all the
advantages of a holiday with fine dining and fascinating places to visit. Stay in one of the 10
beautiful rooms with their cosy, individual decors (some are air-conditioned) with views of the
Lauragais countryside or of the village. Meals are served in the dining room with its rustic
decor and stone walls, heated by an open fire, or on the patio in summer. The owner-chef's
very inventive cuisine which is very respectful of the local products he knows so well has
some surprises in store. Among the specialities: foie gras with home-made walnut bread, StFélicien cassoulet served in the casserole, oven roasted leg of milk-fed lamb, assorted
chocolate desserts ... Good wines from the Southwest and elsewhere.

19H30 - 21H15, >Fermeture annuelle 3 semaines en janvier 2017. Fermeture hebdomadaire
dimanche soir, sauf juillet et août.ouvert tous les jours.)
