Author :
Daniel Laverdure resides in the Eastern Townships region of Québec. The author has used his many talents
as a painter, illustrator, story teller and writer of thirty humorous children’s books. For Éditions du Phoenix’s
readers Daniel makes exceptions; he presented a novel in which he writes about two children who survive a
plane crash in Africa, and in this novel, he portraits two cousins in seach of fame.

Chère maman,
J’espère que tu vas mieux. Ma première journée au lac s’est très bien passée. Nous avons beaucoup ri.
Demain, nous allons faire plein d’activités intéressantes, mais je ne sais pas encore lesquelles.
Bruno a un projet très important. Mais comme c’est un secret, je ne peux pas t’en parler. Je t’expliquerai ça
à mon retour. Sauf si les journaux en parlent avant.
Soigne-toi bien et ne t’inquiète surtout pas à mon sujet, je crois que le projet n’est pas dangereux.
