Diseñada para proteger con plástico adhesivo
de forma continua y automática las caras de
piezas longitudinales (perfiles de aluminio,
madera, plástico, etc…).

El centraje de las bobinas de plástico se
consigue mediante regulación macrométrica
Esta máquina posee otra versión,
la PP-150-AC8 que lleva 8 porta-
bobinas (4 para la cara superior y 4
para la inferior) que permite tener
listas 8 medidas de bobinas para un
cambio rápido en los distintos anchos
de piezas, eliminando aún más los
tiempos muertos.

Section Laminator
For High Production Levels
This machine is designed to automatically and continuously apply protective adhesive
plastic to the surfaces of longitudinally positioned parts (sections made of aluminium, wood,
plastic, etc.).
The machine comprises a booth, plus infeed and output tables with motorised belts and a
holding system consisting of gummed rollers, with a spindle for adjustment.
The booth contains 3 reel holders (2 for the upper surface and 1 for the lower surface). It is
possible to either laminate both a section’s surfaces at the same time or just one of them.
The reels of plastic are centred by means of coarse adjustment and fine tuning. The plastic is
cut automatically, by virtue of a stretching action.
Its fully automatic operation and high production speed make this machine
ideal for continuous days of work, optimising the time and manpower allocated thereto.
There is another version of this machine, called the PP-150-AC8, which
has 8 reel holders (4 for the upper surface and 4 for the lower surface). The
PP-150-AC8 allows for the preparation of 8 reels, so as to be able to change
quickly between different part widths, thus reducing idle time to an even
greater extent

Entworfen zum Schutz der Seiten von länglichen Teilen
(Profilen aus Aluminium, Holz Plastik usw.) mit klebender
Plastikschicht in ununterbrochener Form und auf automatische Weise.
Besteht aus Kabine sowie Eingangs-und Ausgangstisch mit
motorisierten Bändern und einem Stabilisierungssystem
von gummierten Rollen mit einer Regulierung durch eine
Spindel.
Die Kabine verfügt über 3 Spulenhalter, 2 für die obere Seite
und 1 für die untere Seite, womit beide Seiten oder nur eine
Seite plastikbeschichtet werden können.
Die Zentrierung der Plastikspindeln wird mit Hilfe einer
makro-und millimetrischen Regulierung erreicht und die
Abtrennung des Plastkteiles erfogt automatisch durch
Ziehen.
Aufgrund der automatischen Funktionsweise und
der hohen Produktionsgeschwindigkeit ist die
Maschine ideal für fortlaufende Arbeitstage, wobei
Zeit und Arbeitskraft optimiert werden.
