Reminder for parents/guardians:
Uniform donations can be dropped off any time at the school. There is a bin located next
to the Lost n Found area marked for donations. If you have any time during this 3 day
weekend to gather items for the upcoming Uniform Swap it will be much
appreciated. This event is for the SRFACS school community and we are so thankful for
your generosity to help others! For questions please contact Andrea at

Back to School Night Reminder
Wednesday, September 16, we would like to invite you to our “Back to School
Night.” Kinder Academy, Kindergarten, and First Grade parents meet in the Multipurpose room from 5:30-6:00 p.m.; 2nd-8th Grade parents meet in the Multipurpose room from 6:00-6:30 p.m. The 7/8 Combo parents will start their evening
at 5:45 p.m. in Room 14 with Ms. Denise Long, our Mandarin Teacher.
The purpose of this evening is to introduce you to the staff of SRFACS, followed by a
brief presentation by Mrs. Michelle Gervais of the SRFACS Foundation Board. Following
that you will have the opportunity to visit your child’s classroom teachers. Classroom
teachers will go over the typical daily and weekly schedule, explain specific classroom
procedures and expectations and clarify other items of which they feel all parents should
be aware. There will also be time for questions and answers. Please note, however,
this is not a good time to discuss your individual child’s progress with the
teacher. Should you have that need, please feel free to schedule an appointment with
the teacher for another time.
Since this is an evening intended for parents only, we ask that you leave your
children at home.
Wednesday will be a minimum day for all grades. All students will be dismissed
at 12:53 p.m.
For those families with more than one child at SRFACS, please refer to the Back to
School Night Schedule to plan classroom visits.
