Important religious of the Gallo-Roman era and small
fishing village centre, the Grand and Petit Andelys
have moved closer over the centuries to form the
current city.
Strategic position overlooking a meander of the river
Seine, les Andelys could only arouse the lust of a
Crown of France willing to fight their way towards the
sea. Between 1196 and 1198, Richard Coeur de Lion,
King of England and Duke of Normandy, was so erect
Château Gaillard on a cliff to protect the Duchy and
Rouen, its capital.True masterpiece of military
architecture ahead of its time, the fortress however not
withstand the assaults of Philippe Auguste in 1204.
Taken over by the English during the hundred years
war, the fort is definitively abandoned with the
progress of artillery.
With respect to the framework, this historic site boasts
a privileged location and the banks of the Seine, will
delight lovers of flora and landscapes. At the bottom or
at the top of the cliffs, artists walk in the footsteps of
Nicolas Poussin, the child of the country, and find
inspiration while athletes are given some to heart joy
between climbing and hiking

EXTRACT OF THE RULES OF THE NATIONAL EXHIBITIONS CANINE of the SADB
ARRIVAL and JUDGEMENT
Access to the exhibition is open to dogs from 9 am Saturday and 8 am
Sunday. Judging will begin on Saturday at 10 am exact and Sunday at 9
am. The numbers of dogs are to be collected at the Entry Table
with catalogue. All dogs from abroad and countries infected should be
vaccinated against rabies. TAN tests will take place only on Saturday from 10h
to 15h30.
DEPARTURE OF DOGS
Dogs can depart after judgment or after the ring of honor for dogs that are
selected for this presentation. However the young best designated subject
must be present on Sunday to compete for the “ best in show”
POSTER
Breeders names are allowed to appear on a panel 45 cm high and 35 cm wide,
the name, address and the telephone number of the kennel. Any unauthorized
distribution of flyers by organizers is prohibited within the confines of the
exhibition.
VETERINARY SERVICE
The veterinary service will be provided by a veterinary surgeon. At the entry
and during the show, the vet has full authority, to decide on
acceptance, refusal or dismissal of any dangerous dogs, dogs seemed sick or
suffering from skin disease of dogs obviously pregnant or lactating.
The veterinary decision is without appeal. In the case of refusal of an entry by
the veterinary service, the Entry Fee will not be refunded.
can only be granted to a dog that shows class. GOOD is to be awarded to a
dog that possesses the main features of its breed however showing faults
provided these are not concealed. SUFFICIENT must be awarded to a dog
which corresponds adequately to its breed, without possessing the generally
accepted characteristics or whose physical condition leaves something to be
desired. DISQUALIFIED must be awarded to a dog which does not
correspond to the type required by the breed standard; which shows a
behaviour clearly not in line with its standard or which behaves aggressively;
which has testicular abnormalities; which has dental flaw or a jaw anomaly;
which shows a colour and/or coat imperfection or clearly shows signs of
albinism. This qualification shall also be awarded to dogs that correspond so
little to a single feature of the breed that their health is threatened. It should
furthermore be awarded to dogs that show eliminating faults in regard to the
breed standard.
In each class, except those of the baby show, awards will be made to at least
four dogs and a maximum of ten dogs, other dogs will deserve a qualifier
without classification. Those who do not meet the definitions above are not
entitled to a qualifier.
CLAIMS
All claims based on these Regulations except those relating to judgments,
since they are final, must be made in writing within one hour of the event
which will be motivated and be accompanied by a deposit 100 € which will not
be refunded by the organizer if, after examination, the claim is recognized
without merit.
PENALTIES
REGULATION OF ENTRIES
The full amount of entries must be paid in the same time that the entry form
attached below is sent. International payment by money order or bank
transfer only. Payment is possible by the Paypal service or by credit card:

CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES
The closing date of entries is Wednesday 19th of August. Any entries
received after the closing date (Date of postmark) will be refused.
REFUSAL AND EXCLUSIONS
- Entries: The organizer reserves the right to refuse an entry and no
correspondence will be entered into.
- Dogs (their lobby display or in the exhibition)
- Those rejected by the veterinary service,
- Those who have been substituted for actual dogs entered. The Entry Fee in
this case will not be refunded.
- Those not employed by the exhibitor whose entry to the exhibition is strictly
prohibited
- Those who’s the entry form was not received by the closing date.
JUDGEMENTS
The judges officiate alone, their responsibility is personal. They may be
assisted in their ring by a secretary, an assessor, a Deputy Judge, a
Interpreter (this position can be held in any case by trainee or a qualified
judge of the race in question). If a judge defaults, they may be replaced by
his deputy or any other qualified judge or intern for the same race. A
second judge will be appointed if the number of dogs is over 60, for confirmed
entries. Judgments’ are final and final when pronounced. Dogs that are fearful
or aggressive will be automatically eliminated by the judge. In any case, the
dog concerned will be removed from the competition and will be discussed
later. The judges will award by the value of the dog in one of the qualifying
levels which are defined as follows. EXCELLENT may only be awarded to a
dog which comes very close to the ideal standard of the breed, which is
presented in excellent condition, displays a harmonious, well-balanced
temperament, is of high class and has excellent posture. Its superior
characteristics in respect of its breed permit that minor imperfections can be
ignored; it must however have the typical features of its sex. VERY GOOD
may only be awarded to a dog which possesses the typical features of its
breed, which has well-balanced proportions and is in correct condition. A few
minor faults may be tolerated but none of a morphological nature. This award
May include the exclusion temporarily or permanently from exhibitions and
competitions organized by the SADB, with possible extension to events
organized by the associations affiliated to the SCC or by the SCC:
- Exhibitors who are found guilty of acts against honor,
- Those who have made a false statement,
- Those who have inflicted their dog any operation likely to mislead the quality
of the animal,
- Those which by their language, their writings, their actions would hurt the
success of the exhibition or impair the prestige of the judges or the Sponsor,
- Those who have surreptitiously introduced a dog not entered or entered a
dog replaced by another,
- Those who have left the show before the appointed hour
- Belonging to a club or a company not affiliated with the SCC or an
organization not recognized by the F.C.I. or participate in any capacity in a
dog demonstration not recognized by the SCC, lead to its perpetrator and his
dog, excluding any affiliated group and all events sponsored by the SCC.
RESPONSIBILITY
The organizer assumes no liability for theft, loss, escape, sickness, death of
exposed animals, bites caused by them ... and in some cases or for any
reason whatsoever.
Exhibitors are solely responsible for the fairground accidents and other
damage caused by their dogs, both to others than themselves. Tthe organizer
can not be held responsible in any way in their place. By the mere fact of the
entry of their dogs, exhibitors agree absolutely and unconditionally, all articles
of this regulation, which they acknowledge having.
All cases provided for in this regulation and all the views on its interpretation
will be judged by the Committee of the exhibition (cf. paragraph claims)
CONFIRMATION OF DOGS
Judges will reject any confirmation’s form, where the application was not
properly completed and signed by the owner. If in doubt, the identification
card,( tattoo or transponder) with the pedigree of the dog to confirm are
proof.
Confirmation of initial conditions must be consistent with decisions of the
committee that impose specific conditions in this case.
MINIMUM AGE FOR ENTRY: 2nd GROUP - 15 MONTHS
Attention! Only dogs engaged in class open and class intermediate
can lay claim to the CCSA and the RCACS
Dogs in these classes are likely to be called for the designation of the french dog or the French bitch intended to represent the France during the

Contest of presentation open to older children from 7 to 14 years.
The dog must be entered and participate in the EXPOSITION NATIONALE D’ÉLEVAGE.
The child must present a Dogue de Bordeaux in static and moving free

The child must be supervised by an adult person without any contact between them.
The winner will be awarded the cup « NEW WAVE 2015»
