Subject: FLO Standards announcement for lychee pulp following an Easy Entrance procedure
Objet: Annonce de l’Unité des Standards de FLO pour la pulpe de litchi suivant la procédure d’entrée
facilitée
Dear all / Chers vous tous,
FLO Standards Unit has added lychee pulp to the Fruit Juice Standard thanks to the Easy Entrance
procedure. Long Grain Rice from Benin was elaborated through our standard pricing procedure.
Mandated by the FLO Standards Committee to do so, I have ratified these standards as presented
below.
A Fairtrade Premium now exists for the products and countries presented in the table below. The
Fairtrade Premium is paid in addition to the commercial price. Buyers are explicitly asked to pay a
price that cover costs of production. The Fairtrade Price and Premium table, the Rice standards and
the Fruit Juice Standard can be found on the FLO website under: www.fairtrade.net/standards.html.
Because the Easy Entrance procedure is a new procedure, please also consult the FLO website for
more information about this procedure. If you would still like to have more information after that,

L’unité des standards de FLO a ajouté la pulpe de litchi au standard des Jus de Fruits grâce à la
procédure d’Entrée Facilitée. Le Riz long du Benin a été élaboré en utilisant la méthode standard de
fixation des prix. Mandaté par le Comité des Standards, j’ai approuvé les prix suivants.
Une prime du Commerce Equitable existe maintenant pour les produits et pays repris dans le tableau
ci-dessous. La prime du Commerce Equitable se paie en plus du prix commercial. FLO demande aux
acheteurs de payer un prix qui couvre les couts de production. Le tableau des Primes et des Prix du
Commerce Équitable et les critères pour le Riz et les Jus de Fruits se trouvent sur le Site de FLO:
www.fairtrade.net/standards.html.
La procédure d’Entrée Facilitée est une nouvelle procédure, pour plus d’informations sur cette
