WINE LIST
WINE LIST SPRING 2016 Our wine list is a collection of some of our favorite producers. Each wine is hand chosen for quality and dedication by its maker. The list is ever-changing and as such, wines that you have today may not be on the list tomorrow. Don't fret, the discovery of new wines is a journey and our wine team is here to guide you along the way! Quality wine, service and food are our hallmarks and we strive to treat each one with as much care and consideration as it deserves. Have fun and enjoy your experience with us! A note about our corkage policy: We allow you to bring a maximum of two 750 ml bottles per table for your enjoyment. Each bottle of 750 ml will be charged $75 for corkage and service by our experienced wine team. Large format bottles will be charged according to their volume. We offer a generous one-for-one policy that allows you to enjoy your wine without corkage when you buy a bottle from us. We are passionate wine lovers as well and we want you to be able to enjoy your favorite bottles at your leisure, but we are a small family run restaurant and as such request your understanding. Cheers! LUKE’S HOUSE SPECIALTY ROCK & RYE We have revived the classic Rock and Rye, an early American barroom staple. Made from a secret recipe of citrus, cassia and young rye whiskey, our version steeps slowly for weeks, undisturbed, until the perfect balance is achieved. We make our Rock and Rye in small batches by hand. It is a great way to start an evening or to wind things down. Enjoy! VINTAGE BATCH POURS Batch #10, Bottled on 12-May-2015 – 28. We choose to focus on small, artisanal producers who's quality and purity are inspiring. To single out one is unfair, but you need to look no further than the Mathieu family based in the small town of Avirey-Lingey in the Aube. Serge handed over the reigns to his daughter Isabelle and her husband Michel in 1996 and they continue to produce Champagnes that display a balance of both power and finesse. We have a very special relationship with the Mathieu family and are proud to be the only restaurant representing their range of amazing Champagnes! C100 Krug, “Grande Cuvée”, Reims MV BRUT 510.
