2. In his request for information dated 6-7-10, petitioner sought for information on the

3. Since no information is provided, petitioner filed complaint on 11-3-11 to the
Commission under Section 18(1) of the Act. Commission issued Notice on 16-9-11.
4. Respondent ha sent a report dated 9-11-11 to the Commission stating that on 9-11-11
information has been sent to the petitioner. A copy of the information provided to the
petitioner has been sent to the Commission. Details of the violation, copy of the
Notice issued under Section 321 of KMC Act, 1976 and copy of the approved plan
indicted in the RTI application has been provided to the petitioner. The representative
of the respondent states that road cutting details are not available in the file. There is
delay in providing information to the petitioner. The respondent is warned against
such delay and cautioned to be more careful in future in providing information to the
RTI applicants within the stipulated period.

been allowed.
