K. Peters – Beaverton Public School Prince Grenouille Cranium This
Prince Grenouille Cranium This game is based on the popular game Cranium. Materials: Each group of 6 – 8 students will need - One set of cards photocopied front to back - Scrap paper and pencil for drawing - A plum sized quantity of plastiscine (which, for reasons of classroom management, I control) How to play: • Students should work in pairs to form a “team.” • Three teams compete against each other • Team A draws a card and reads it to Team B. • Team C listens attentively in case Team B can’t answer • Team B tries to complete the challenge. If they are successful, they keep the card for a point. If not, Team C tries for it. • Roles rotate • After all teams have had equal turns, the team with the most points wins. K.
