Elektrická bezpečnost Nepoužívejte poškozené nebo konstrukčně upravené akumulátory. Poškozené nebo upravené akumulátory se mohou chovat nepředvídatelně, což může vést k požáru, výbuchu nebo poranění. Akumulátor neotvírejte. Nebezpečí výbuchu a požáru v důsledku zkratu. Chraňte akumulátor před vlhkem. Akumulátor používejte pouze v interiéru. Chraňte akumulátor před otevřeným ohněm a příliš vysokými teplotami. Vlivem ohně nebo teplot nad 130 °C (265 °F) může dojít k výbuchu. V žádném případě nepoužívejte akumulátor za nepříznivých okolních podmínek (např. hořlavé plyny, rozpouštědla, prach, páry, vlhko). Servis smí provádět pouze kvalifikovaní odborní pracovníci a pouze za použití originálních náhradních dílů. Zůstane tak zachovaná bezpečnost výrobku. Bezpečnost osob Při nesprávném použití může z akumulátoru vytéct kapalina. Zabraňte kontaktu s ní. Při náhodném kontaktu opláchněte zasažené místo vodou. Pokud se kapalina dostane do očí, vyhledejte navíc lékaře. Vyteklá kapalina může způsobit podráždění nebo popáleniny. Pracoviště 1.4 Na pracovišti zajistěte dostatek místa. Pracovní prostředí udržujte čisté a suché. Použití v souladu s určeným účelem • • • Akumulátor je určený výhradně k napájení bezkabelového, elektronicky řízeného nářadí. Skladovací teplota 0 °C až 40 °C Teplota při vybíjení 0 °C až +45 °C Při správném používání lze akumulátor nabít minimálně 800krát (60 % kapacity). K tomu je důležité následující: Nenechávejte akumulátor hluboce vybít (< 17,5 V). Dbejte na bezpečnostní upozornění uvedená na akumulátoru a nabíječce. Nové nebo dlouho nepoužívané akumulátory plně nabijte. Chraňte akumulátor před nárazem. Kontakty nabíječky a akumulátoru udržujte čisté a suché. Když se akumulátor nepoužívá, může zůstat v nabíječce: velmi malé samovolné vybíjení. Akumulátor není plně nabitý. Použijte plně nabitý akumulátor. Výstražná hranice pro podpětí není nastavena na minimální hodnotu. Na obrazovce řízení Nářadí parametrizujte podpětí na 17,5 V. Během šroubování je potřeba vysoký utahovací moment, např. pro potahované šrouby. Je-li potřeba po delší dobu vyšší utahovací moment, např. pro více otáček, počet šroubování na jedno nabití akumulátoru se výrazně sníží. Akumulátor měl příliš mnoho nabíjecích cyklů. Po 800 nabíjecích cyklech je kapacita omezena přibližně na 60 %. Vadný akumulátor. Akumulátor vyměňte. Nabíječka indikuje závadu akumulátoru. 6 Údržba Na kontaktech akumulátoru se nesmí nacházet žádné nečistoty. Jen tak bude zajištěná bezvadná funkce. 7 Servis V případě opravy pošlete kompletní akumulátor do našeho Sales & Service Center! Opravu smí provádět pouze autorizovaní pracovníci. Akku vor Nässe schützen. Akku nur im Innenbereich betreiben. Akku weder offenem Feuer noch zu hohen Temperaturen aussetzen. Die Einwirkung von Feuer oder Temperaturen über 130 °C (265 °F) können zu einer Explosion führen. Akku auf keinen Fall unter widrigen Umgebungsbedingungen (z. B. brennbare Gase, Lösungsmittel, Staub, Dämpfe, Nässe) betreiben. Service nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal und nur mit Original-Ersatzteilen durchführen. Akku ist nicht voll geladen. Voll geladenen Akku verwenden. Die Warnschwelle für Unterspannung ist nicht auf minimalen Wert eingestellt. An der Steuerung im Bildschirm Werkzeug die Unterspannung auf 17,5 Volt parametrieren. Während Schraubablauf wird hohes Drehmoment benötigt, z. B. für beschichtete Schrauben. Wird ein hohes Drehmoment für eine längere Zeit benötigt, z. B. für mehrere Umdrehungen, dann wird die Anzahl der Verschraubungen mit einer Akkuladung signifikant reduziert. Akku hatte zu viele Ladezyklen. Nach 800 Ladezyklen ist die Kapazität auf ungefähr 60% reduziert.
