Results of LENR experiments in STMicroelectronics.
The experimental data relating to the most significant LENR reactions simultaneously
show excess heat and transmutations of the metallic material where the reactions take
place.
Personally, both the experiments with Palladium at room temperature in H2 or D2 gaseous
environment and those with pure nickel at few hundreds degrees, have shown besides the
production of heat capable of producing fusion of the material, a composition of the
reaction products compatible with 2 or more fragmentation elements of the host material
(Pd or Ni). In the case of Nickel, continuous monitoring by appropriate detectors, at least

Neutron Production from "Smart" Materials:

Abstract:
Pyroelectric and Piezoelectric substances form a class called "Smart" materials. Neutron production
has been experimentally observed for both cases. A theoretical explanation is provided for the
experimental evidence that fracturing piezoelectric rocks produces neutrons. The elastic energy
micro-crack production ultimately yields the macro-scopic fracture. The mechanical energy is converted by
the piezoelectric effect into electric field energy. The electric field energy decays via radio frequency
(microwave) electric field oscillations. The radio frequency electric fields accelerate the condensed matter
electrons which then collide with protons producing neutrons and neutrinos.

Trasmutazioni a Debole Energia

Mostrerò un primo video di circa 10 minuti, in cui faccio vedere un'elettrolisi a 12 volt, in cui in breve
tempo si forma, sull'elettrodo positivo di Rame, del Solfito di Rame e del Solfato di Rame, senza che vi sia
Zolfo nella cella elettrolitica. Siccome su questo elettrodo non si forma Ossigeno gassoso, si può desumere
che due atomi di Ossigeno si siano fusi assieme trasmutando in un atomo di Zolfo, che successivamente
reagendo con l'elettrodo di Rame, forma del Solfito e del Solfato di Rame.
Nel secondo video di circa 10 minuti, mostrerò che con una variazione della concentrazione dell'elettrolita,
praticando un'elettrolisi a 12 volt, si trasforma una soluzione di Potassio Carbonato in una soluzione di
Sodio Carbonato.
Siccome sull'elettrodo positivo si formano bolle di Ossigeno, si può ipotizzare che un atomo di Potassio
rilasci dal suo nucleo un atomo di Ossigeno, trasmutando in Sodio.
Al termine mostrerò i certificati d'analisi.

The biological fluctuating phenomenon of Sectoring Colonies (CSD)
correlating with two dominant physical phenomenon’s, the Solar
Activity (Wolf’s Number) and the Cosmic Rays .

In the last years of the Decade 1960 while checking the efficiency of some UVC emitter, A. pointed out on more than one
occasion, at the sector (CSD), which had clearly differentiated sectors from the rest of the team (i.e.: colour,
transparency.etc.). Then he noticed not only their presence among the colonies of germs from the outside air
Championships but also their frequency variability over time. From everything prevailed the curiosity to follow the
phenomenon before in a preliminary stage and then with systematic daily research from 1970 to 1991 on more than 4
milion of bacterial colonies. The research was articulated in three successive stages : the first one was extended to all

the colonies generally grown on the medium used, the second on pure cultures of Staphylococcus Aureus and the third
on the sea level, in the altitude and in the gallery under massive layers of rocks. The first and the second phase showed
even more elaborate statistical studies, especially from Russian and American-USA collaborators, a significant negative
correlation with solar activity (AS) and consequemtly a significant positive correlation with cosmic radiation (RC,
neutrons). By the Russian researchers was more considered the correlation with electro-magnetic waves ELF. THE A.
remarked in particular the dominant role of the AS and the RC with their influence on fluctuating frequency variability of
the CSD. For the third phase, also if the research is detected in a limited period of time, showed a higher frequency of
CSD in altitude that came down to sea level to decrease still more in Gallery ( Laboraories of Gran Sasso, Italy ). This
interesting phase was indicative but the A. think that it would be necessary again a study for a significantly longer period
of time to well show the CSD frequency variations .
