FOUNDATION CLASS:
This class is perfect for
greener riders, young
horses, or serious students
of horsemanship who
understand the value of
getting the foundation
more solid. Skills learned
on the ground directly
relate to the work you’ll
do from the saddle. This
class is approx half
groundwork; half riding.
ADVANCING CLASS: each day 1:30-4:30
each day 9-noon
Colts are welcome in the
groundwork portion of the class,
but horses in the riding portion
must already be going under
saddle.
We’ll ride at the walk, trot,
canter. Explore soft feel,
softness through
transitions, cadence,
control of the hindquarters
and forehand, and lateral
moves.
