Location du fonds de commerce
du «Golf Flamingo Monastir »
La Société Tunisienne de Développement du Golf « S.T.D.G. » propriétaire
du« Golf Flamingo Monastir » situé à Monastir -Tunisie, met en location le
fonds de commerce du «Golf Flamingo Monastir » à titre de gérance libre
pour une période de dix (10) ans renouvelableconformément au cahier des
charges.
Leparcours du «Golf Flamingo Monastir » qui compte 18 trousavec ses
dépendances est constituédepuis 1988 sur un terrain d’une superficie d’environ
80 Hectares. www.golfflamingo.com.
Les soumissionnaires intéressés par le présent appel d’offres peuventretirer à
titre gratuitle cahier des charges relatif à l’appel d’offresen se présentant
directementauprès dela S.T.D.G. ou en adressant une demande par Email à
l’adresse suivante : [email protected].
Les offres doivent être envoyées conformément aux conditionsde l'article 5 du
cahier des charges au nom de monsieur le président directeur général de la
S.T.D.G. 10, Rue Pierre de Coubertin 1001 -Tunis, et ce au plus tard le
Vendredi 30 Septembre 2016 à 17h. Le cachet du bureau d’ordre central de la
S.T.D.G. fait foi.
Toute offre parvenue après la date limite fixée ou par d’autres voies que celles
indiquées à l'article 5 du cahier des charges, sera rejetée.

The goodwill rental of the "Flamingo Golf Course in Monastir"
The “SociétéTunisienne de Development du Golf "S.T.D.G. "Owner"
of”Flamingo Golfcourse»located in Monastir-Tunisia, rents out the goodwill
of the" Flamingo GolfMonastir " with FullManagementfor a period of ten
(10) years, renewable in accordance with the bill of specifications.
The "Flamingo GolfMonstir” is an18-hole course built with its own attached
outbuildings on 80 hectares since 1988. www.golfflamingo.com
The Bidders who are interested in this tender may withdraw free of charge the
bill of specifications in relation to the tender by either walking-in directly to the
S.T.D.G Head officeor requesting it by email at :

Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the requirements of Article 5 of
the bill of specifications to the CEO “President Directeur General de la S.T.D.G
at 10, Rue Pierre de Coubertin, 1001 -Tunis, no later than
Friday30thSeptember2016 at 5pm. The stamp of the Central Registry at the
S.T.D.G head office will be used as a proof of submission.
Any bid received after the deadline mentioned above will be rejected asstated in
the Article 5 of the bill specifications.
