La réglementation de la profession est destinée à garantir la qualité de leurs prestations au
bénéfice des consommateurs.
L’un des instruments de cette garantie est l’assurance de la responsabilité professionnelle des
prestataires de services, une assurance qui doit être souscrite à un niveau suffisant pour
couvrir les éventuels sinistres résultant de leur travail.
Le rôle de l’ordre, en tant qu’autorité en charge de l’organisation de la profession, dans la
définition du niveau d’assurance minimal obligatoire des professionnels.
Le rôle de l’ordre dans la gestion d’un contrat d’assurance groupe ouvert à tous les
professionnels pour la garantie de leurs diverses activités professionnelles.
