Poste et missions:
Being part of IT Corporate Team, your primary mission will be to implement a new information system in our Mexican subsidiary. In this role, your
main responsibilities will be:
•Contribute to implementing the SAP Business One ERP system: gather needs, parametering, draft processes, give support to the Project Manager
•Analyse the functional requirements and configuration, draft specifications, and procedures
•Assist the Project Director: scheduling, resource tracking, etc.
•Prepare and lead training in coordination with the SAP Business One ERP project leader
•Support users and ensure the adoption of the new systems implemented: lead trainings, give support to the users and make sure they get familiar
with the new systems
•Work closely with the Group IT team in France
To carry out your mission, you will also learn about the main processes of Groupe SEB commercial subsidiary (procurement, sales, reporting).
Integration training period will be planed at Groupe SEB Head Office in Ecully (Lyon-France) to understand the business context and the SAP
Business One ERP system.
Profil:
Are you an Engineer or a Business School graduate with IT option?
Do you have minimum 12 months’ experience in softwares implementation (through internships or post graduate experience)?
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and strong analytical skills?
Ability to work to deadlines & manage stressful situations?
Do you speak English, Spanish and French?
Would you like to gain some unique international experience giving you a global vision of an IT project?
