This is one of two guides for Quebec gluten-free friendly stores. This guide covers Montreal, Laval, and
Montérégie. Refer to the Quebec (except Montreal and Area) Gluten-Free Friendly Store Guide for
stores in the other regions of Quebec.
Each entry in these lists contain the name, address, phone number, and website (if known) for the
store. Below some entries are comments based on information we have received for the establishment.
Some of the entries here have a year listed in the right-hand column. This indicates the last year for
which we have information about its availability of gluten-free items. If no year is listed, that means
that the most recent information is before 2010.
If you are viewing this document on a computer, note that all website and street addresses have
hyperlinks. Clicking on a website address will bring you to the site. Clicking on a street address will
bring you to a view of the location on Google Maps.

Maintaining these lists is a collaborative effort among members of the Canadian Celiac Association –
Quebec Chapter. Many of the entries in these lists are a result of suggestions by members.
Submissions to update these lists are welcome. To request that a store be added to the least, provide
whatever basic facts you know about the place. As much of the following information as possible is
appreciated:



Name, address, phone number, website (if known)
Store type (planned to be included in future editions of this guide)
Other information which may be useful to readers.
It is also useful to know if there is a reason why a store should be removed from this list, such as if it
has gone out of business. It is also welcome to tell us occasionally that certain entries are still valid.
The year that is listed in the right-hand column for some entries is the last year for which we have
information about its gluten-free friendliness. If no year is listed, that means the last update we have
is from before 2010. Please only submit changes for places with which you have had personal
experience – do not submit a location simply because it is listed somewhere else as gluten-free
friendly.
