TARIF DE PRIX
Instructions for placing order
Instructions pour réliser la commande
1º Recuerde que para una mayor agilidad en la
gestión de pedidos, éstos deben realizarse vía
fax o correo electrónico.
2º Si desea faldones, la bañera deberá solicitarse
con faldón ya que no pueden adaptarse
posteriormente.
Oasis Star, recomienda el uso de faldones en
todas las bañeras para facilitar el acceso en caso
de una intervención técnica. En caso contrario se
recuerda la obligatoriedad de instalar un registro
para poder acceder a los mecanismos del interior
de la bañera.
3º Elegir los faldones en relación con el lugar de
instalación de la bañera (ver esquema)
4º Recuerde también indicar el acabado del
producto o accesorios opcionales.

2º Si vous souhaitez un habillage, la baignoire devra être
demandée avec cadre étant donné qu’il ne peut pas
être adapté par la suite.
Oasis Star recommande l’utilisation d‘un habillage
pour toutes les baignoires pour faciliter l’accès en cas
d’intervention technique.
Dans le cas contraire nous rappelons l’obligation
d’installer un registre pour pouvoir accéder aux
mécanismes de l’intérieur de la baignoire.
3º Choisir l’habillage par rapport au lieu d’installation de
la baignoire (voir schéma)
4º Rappelez-vous également d’indiquer la finition du
produit ou des accessoires optionnels.

Condiciones generales de venta
1º Los pedidos deberán realizarse siempre por
escrito, bien por fax o correo electrónico.
2º Los pedidos se considerarán en firme desde
el mismo momento de su recepción, no
admitiéndose posibles cambios, modificaciones
posteriores o anulaciones.
3º Los descuentos que deban aplicarse a las ventas
de nuestros productos, se efectuaran según
las condiciones establecidas con cada uno de
nuestros clientes.
4º La mercancía viajará siempre por cuenta y riesgo
del comprador, siendo éste, quien, de recibirla
en malas condiciones, deberá notificarlo al
transportista en el momento de la recepción de
la mercancía.
5º No se aceptará ninguna devolución, sin que
previamente haya sido aceptada por parte de
Oasis Star.
6º I.V.A. no incluido.
7º Precios válidos salvo error tipográfico.
8º Giro hasta un máximo de 60 días fecha factura.
9º La mercancía será de nuestra propiedad
hasta que no se haya efectuado el pago en su
totalidad.
10º Para efectos legales y reclamaciones que
pudieran producirse, ambas partes se someterán
a la jurisdicción de los tribunales de Barcelona.
11º Oasis Star, en pro de mejoras en sus productos,
se reserva el derecho de cambiar, sustituir o
modificar sus fabricados, sin previo aviso.

7º Prices valid except for typing error.
8º Bank receipt up to 60 days maximum
from invoice date.
9º Goods will be our property until total
payments has been made.
10º For legal effects and any claims which
might be lodged, both parties shall submit
themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts
of Barcelona.
11º Oasis Star, with a view to improving their
products, reserves the right to change,
replace or modify those manufactured
without prior warning.

3º Les remises qui devront être appliquées aux ventes

4º La marchandise voyagera toujours aux risques
et périls de l’acheteur, et celui-ci, s’il la recevait
dans de mauvaises conditions, devra le notifier
au transporteur au moment de la réception de la
marchandise.
5º Il ne sera accepté aucun retour, qui n’aurait pas été
accepté au préalable de la part d’Oasis Star.
6º TVA non comprise.
7º Prix valables sauf erreur typographique.
8º Transfert jusqu’à un maximum de 60 jours date
facture.
9º La marchandise sera notre propriété jusqu’à ce que
votre paiement ait été effectué dans sa totalité.
10º À effets légaux et pour les réclamations qui
pourraient se produire, les deux parties se
soumettront à la juridiction des tribunaux de
Barcelone.
11º Oasis Star, dans un objectif d’amélioration de ses
produits, se réserve le droit de changer, de remplacer

GARANTÍA
1º Nuestros productos están garantizados, contra cualquier defecto de fabricación o funcionamiento,
quedando fuera de la misma los desperfectos resultantes de uso indebido del aparato o utilización distinta
a la prevista, así como los daños causados por manipulación de personal no autorizado o avería o mal
funcionamiento producido por anomalías o incumplimiento de las normativas en su instalación o en las
redes hidráulicas o eléctricas.
2º La garantía vale sólo en el caso de que la instalación haya sido realizada cumpliendo las prescripciones del
fabricante.
3º La garantía no supone la sustitución del aparato.
4º La validez de la garantía entra en vigor a partir de la fecha de adquisición, certificado por resguardo u otro
documento fiscalmente valedero, reservándose Oasis Star el derecho de reclamar la factura de compra.
5º Oasis Star garantiza sus productos durante un periodo de 2 años.

1º Our products are guaranteed against any manufacturing or functioning defect. Excluded from this are those
