Description
PA6-6 or Nylon 6-6 is made of hexamethylenediamine and adipic acid, which give nylon 6,6 a total of 12 carbon atoms, and
its name. PA66 is used when PA6 reaches its limit temperature or when the hydrolytic stability of PA6 is not sufficient
anymore. It is made of repeating units linked by amide bonds. Nylon was the first commercially successful synthetic polymer.
