Celebration of Moroccan Flavours at Royal Mansour Marrakech
Since its creation, the Royal Mansour Marrakech embodies Morocco’s splendor and reflects its rich and
precious culture. It represents a fascinating, vibrant and charming Morocco… a Morocco that is proud of its
heritage and traditional foundations.
From February 23rd to 27th, the Royal Mansour’s Grandes Tables will turn into a Moroccan Pavilion, as a
tribute to the gastronomic culture of the Kingdom. Each day, Chef Alléno and his team will offer an overview
of Morocco’s culinary specialties, with diverse influences. This is an opportunity to showcase about five
regions of the country, from Tangier to Ouarzazate via Fez and Meknes.
Every night, “La Grande Table Marocaine” offers a special menu: local products, delicately prepared will
featured in the Chef’s dishes, in order to delight genuine gourmets.

Handpicked speakers will be pleased to share their passion and know-how with you. Doctor Laqbaqbi,
orthopedic surgeon and a passionate of the black truffle, whose production in Morocco was the result of his
relentless work and perseverance, will be honored to tell you the story of his incredible challenge.
The “Domaines Agricoles” will unveil their finest products. Other partners will participate in the different
exhibitions that will be held every evening starting from 6pm during the gastronomic week.
The Moroccan tradition involves crafts and sumptuous caftans. A fashion show will take place on the opening
and closing night, so guests can discover the wonders of Moroccan “Haute Couture” and its varying styles,
from one region to another.
For this special week, the Royal Mansour Marrakech offers you a culinary journey, between the Morocco of
and today and yesteryear.
