NYO tour to Normandy Outline Itinerary
Thursday 22 July: meet at Nottingham HIgh School at 6.30am for a 7.15 departure
(Please note that all large instruments can be packed in the van, which will travel
separately, after the previous afternoon's rehearsal)
Friday 23 July: rehearsals and visit to Bayeux tapestry
Saturday 24 July: concert in the Abbaye aux Hommes, Caen at 8.30pm
Sunday 25 July: concert in the Eglise St Patrice, Bayeux at 4pm
Monday 26 July: day off in Arromanches (D-Day landing site) and surrounding beaches
Tuesday 27 July: concert in Rouen Cathedral at 6pm
Wednesday 28 July: travel home, arrive Dover 4pm, back in Nottingham around 9.30pm
