the Rhône Valley. The North is
mostly single cepage wines and
small domaines, many of which
still farm cherries, apples &
apricots as well as making very
good wines. In the South the
feeling is Mediterranean, the
landscape enchanting & dramatic,
the lifestyle relaxed. We regularly
visit our suppliers, tasting their
wines over lunch with the family.
Magnums (equivalent to two bottles of wine), are widely regarded as the optimum format for maturing fine wine.
We source the magnums at release, cellar them in ideal conditions & list them when they are ready to enjoy. See above for our current selection.
