L’Agence de promotion et de diffusion des cultures
de l’Outre-Mer travaille avec ses partenaires pour
promouvoir la création ultramarine et soutenir l’activité
des producteurs et des scènes musicales des Outre-Mer.
Cette concertation ouvre la voie à la construction d’un
réseau « Musiques des Outre-Mer » qui a pour ambition
de développer la circulation des artistes entre les territoires
d'Outre-Mer, vers l’Hexagone et à l’international. Cette
brochure, qui s’enrichit chaque année, vous présente
les principaux acteurs des musiques ultramarines dans
les secteurs de l’édition, de la production et de la diffusion.
À l’occasion des marchés professionnels tels que le MaMA
Event, le WOMEX, le Babel Med Music, etc. ... nous poursuivons
ce travail de mise en réseau au service des artistes
et des professionnels de la musique en Outre-Mer.

The Agency for the French overseas’ cultures works with
its partners to promote overseas’ creation and sustain
the music industry overseas. This action paves the way
for the construction of a music network, which aims to
develop the movement of artists between France, overseas
and international territories. Through the publication
of this brochure, which is enriched every year, the Agency
for the French overseas’ cultures would like to introduce
you to the main players who are committed to the production
and touring of French overseas’ music. On the occasion
of professional events such as the MaMA Event, the WOMEX,
the Babel Med Music, etc. ... we will continue this effort
to establish a dynamic network dedicated to musicians
and professionals throughout the overseas territories.

Créée en 2013, l’Agence de promotion et de diffusion des
cultures de l’Outre-Mer travaille à la visibilité et à la circulation
de la création ultramarine dans tous les secteurs du champ
culturel : patrimoine, arts de la scène, arts visuels, littérature,
cinéma et audiovisuel.
Elle accompagne les créateurs et porteurs de projets culturels
en matière d’ingénierie et de développement de projets,
de production et de diffusion, de formation et d’information.
Elle favorise la mise en réseau, la coopération des opérateurs
culturels et les projets multilatéraux, d'Outre-Mer à Outre-Mer,
d'Outre-Mer à l'Hexagone et d'Outre-Mer à l'international.
L’Agence a crée son site internet cultures-outre-mer.fr dédié
aux arts et cultures ultramarins, à destination du grand public
et des professionnels.
Pour constituer son centre de ressources en ligne, l’Agence
mène un travail de collectage dans tous les territoires.
L’Agence est soutenue par le ministère de la Culture
et de la Communication et le ministère des Outre-Mer.
Founded in 2013, The Agency for the French overseas’ cultures
focuses on the visibility and the circulation of overseas creation
in all sectors of the cultural field: heritage, performing arts,
