LAURIER MACDONALD HIGH SCHOOL
FINAL EXAMS 2016
Students and parents are to consult the following document carefully and take special note of when exams are scheduled to take place.
During an exam:
1. Students must be in proper school uniform (grey school pants, white polo shirt, black V-neck sweater ONLY). Prepare your clothing the night before.
2. Students must provide their own materials (e.g. pens, pencils, calculators, erasers, memory aids, dictionary, etc.) The school is not responsible for
providing these to students.
3. Students are not permitted into the exam room after the first 30 minutes. Students arriving after 30 minutes will be considered absent.
4. Students will be permitted to leave the exam room after one half of the total allotted time has elapsed.
5. Students are not permitted to have electronic devices including but not limited to: cell phone, smart watch, or iPod. Students found in possession of such
items will be considered to be cheating and will receive a grade of 0%.
6. If absent, students must provide a medical note, police report, or a death certificate which justifies an absence within 2 days of the scheduled exam date.
7. The day of your exam, you need to know your group/section number. Consult the LMAC bulletin board to know in which room you are scheduled to
write. Students writing in the gym must know their row and seat number prior to entering the gymnasium.
