Bernard Bouyssou, son and grandson
of cooperative members, dreamt of
producing and selling his own wine.
After all the process of production &
vinification, he continued with the
business and started to travel so as
to explore the export market.
“Armand”. For more than 40 years,
Bernard’s father Pierre took care of
the vineyard. Since then Bernard has
continued with improvements and
now operates using sustainable &
controlled agriculture equipment for
his 25 hectares of vines, essentially
planted of MALBEC.
Bernard is the 4th generation to
follow in the footsteps of the
“Armandière” line of his family, in
memory of his grand father
Each vintage is related to a specific
soil, which provides a different yield
and flavour.

The vineyard domain Château de Brigue
started in 1970 as a family venture.
Following the founder Roger Brun’s
steps, his son Fernand developed the
domain and today, the third generation
winemakers and brothers Jean-Michel,
Christian, Olivier, and Frederic Brun
carry on the tradition in this family
owned winery estate, vineyards, and
olive groves. Through the accumulated
dedication and know-how of each
generation, Château de Brigue has
elevated itself to an institution of
superior winemaking and one of the
largest family domains in Provence.
The domain extends over 120 hectares
(300 acres) of vineyards in the heart of
sun baked Côte de Provence wine
country along the legendary Nationale 7
road, between Aix en Provence, Cannes,
and Saint Tropez in the South of France.
Château de Brigue is managed today by
the four brothers who carry on the Brun
family tradition of serving their Côtes de
Provence wine to consumers for nearly
half a century.
With 2,000 olive trees, the domain also
locally produces virgin olive oil, rich in
aroma and taste that brings
Mediterranean flavors to a variety of
dishes.

21 hectares of land, an old chapel from
the twelfth century, a vineyard along the
Dordogne river...You have entered the
lands of Château de la Vieille Chapelle.
Since June 2006, Frédéric and Fabienne
live and work in this little corner of
paradise with the aim of producing a
« very good Bordeaux ». At the Château
de la Vieille Chapelle, Nature meets
History and Frédéric & Fabienne's aim is
to maintain balance between human life,
plant life and animal life. The Vineyard
consists of :
- 6,64 hectares of red grapes (80%
Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc). The
vines are 30 to 70 years old.
- Another 0,20 hectare is planted with
very old vines that survived Phyolloxéra.
In Decembre 2009, we made a DNA
analysis of these very old vines and
discovered that some are a rare variety
called "Bouchalès".
- 0,48 hectare of white grapes, 100%
Semillon.The vines are 40 years old.
In 2013, Château de la Vieille Chapelle
finishes its conversion to organic
agriculture. Wines from 2013 vintage will
be the first ones to be certified organic
and stamped with the AB logo.
Conversion to Biodynamic wines is
scheduled for 2016.

It has always been Celine’s destiny and
vocation to be a wine expert. For more
than twenty years, she has been able to
enhance the gastronomic experience of
patrons of some of the world’s finest
restaurants and since returning to her
native region, she has been pleased to
introduce wine lovers to the delights of
tasting wines from both the Val de Loire
and other areas of France.
Her studies and professional background
are classic ; three years spent in the
excellent Tours’ Hotel School, and then,
with her diplomas and various stimulating
and exciting training sessions under her
belt (Le Fouquet’s in Paris, Le Ciro’s in
Deauville), she was able to increase her
knowledge through several very enriching
experiences. She began in France at the
Hotel Martinez in Cannes, and then spent
seven years in Switzerland in 5-star
establishments
such
as the
Intercontinental and the Noga Hilton in
Geneva. This was followed by a year and
a half spent in England; firstly at the
Ashdown Park Hotel East Sussex, then
the Richmond Hotel in Oxford. After
England, she was given the opportunity to
experience a year on the other side of
the Atlantic in Houston, Texas before
returning to France, where she worked
in a 2-star Michelin restaurant in the ski
resort of Val Thorens. Now, with so
many years spent practicing her art,
enriching her knowledge and living her
passion to the full, she has decided to
change direction and begin exporting
French wines.

Domaine Louis Moreau was born
from the passion of a family that
celebrates this year its 2 centuries of
living in Chablis. As early as the late
19th century, this family’s love for
great wines led to the purchase of
plots in Grands Crus and Premiers
Crus.
Nowadays, proprietor of parcels in 5
of the Grands Crus, including a
monopole, the domaine works many
plots within the appellations of Petit
Chablis, Chablis and Premiers Crus,
in full harmony with the environment.
The most prestigious of its wines is
the monopole Chablis Grand Cru
Clos des Hospices dans Les Clos,
which was acquired by the Moreau
family in 1904.
Louis Moreau, who has been head of
the domaine since 1994, produces
wines with a unique style, combining
minerality, finesse, elegance and
purity.

1961 by Jacques Merlaut. It is headed today by his son Denis Merlaut. The

La Compagnie Rhodanienne: Located in the heart of the Rhône

Brulhois vineyard, well-known for its
Black Wines, is located in the heart
of the South-west, right between
Toulouse and Bordeaux. Traces of
Brulhois vineyard can be found as far
back as Gallo-Roman times. Under
the British occupation of the 14th
century, 40,000 hectolitres of
Brulhois were exported via the
Garonne River: Brulhois wines were
called the Black Wines by the British.
The gravelly soil of the banks of the
Garonne River gives Brulhois wines
their strength and special character.
The region’s geographical location at
the intersection of the Atlantic and
Mediterranean, contributes to the
uniqueness of the wine. In the land of
the Vin Noir, white and rosé, wellrounded and fruity, dry or sweet
wines
are all ambassadors for
Brulhois wines. Just like the men and
women of Brulhois, its wines are
synonymous of character and sharing.
In 2011, their commitment was
awarded of the AOC label.

The family-owned domaine Aubai
Mema takes its name from Aubais a
medieval village in the Languedoc.
Our 10 hectares of vineyards have
been cultivated on organic principles
since 2002.
Our aim is to create real “vins de
terroir” –wines that express the true
character of their surroundings; soils
of limestone and clay, based on rock
formations that date back 93 million
years, which are surrounded by
wooded hills and garrigues.
Our methodology: hand-picked
selected
grapes, natural yeasts,
temperature-controlled fermentation
in stainless steel vats and barrelageing in new and used French oak
demi-muids.

Our “quatre amours” are named
Paul, Olga, Louis and Rose. These
four loves were the inspiration for
the name of our wine estate, which
has witnessed the birth of four
generations of winemakers. The
vineyards are our family heritage,
carefully tended since the 1800’s. The
vines grow on land classified as vins
de pays around the town of Bélarga
and on AOC land in the village of
Aspiran, in Hérault count y,
Languedoc France. We have chosen
to continue the family tradition, and
have created the estate we have
called Les Quatre Amours, on 18
hectares of land. The family
adventure thus lives on, and each
member, regardless of age, takes part
in creating a wine of conviction.

Domaine de la Provenquière is
located in the heart of the family
estate, in Capestang, Southern part
of France, Languedoc Roussillon.
Dating back to the 15th century, this
ancient medieval building was
transformed in a significant way
during the 19th century.
In 1954, Mr Achille Robert bought
the entire property. Since that time,
the Domaine belongs to the same
family ; In 1994, the 2 grand-children,
Brigitte and Claude took over the
business. The 20 different grape
varieties are spread over the 160
hectares of the estate, on 5 different
qualities of soils. A well-proportioned
and modern cellar allows all winemaking, from the most traditional
one to the most technological. There
are 4 complementary ranges, IGP
Pays Oc white, rosé and red. We are
able to propose to our clients wines
in bottle (500 ml,750 ml,1500 ml) and
Bag in Box (3 liters,5 liters,10 liters).
The bottling is organized by an
external company, coming with his
own bottling system for tradtional
cork or screw cap closure.
