Organised every sunday to introduce you to our team,
our entertainment program and our partners.
Reception
The reception team are at your service from 9 am to 7
pm, 7 days a week. In July and August, on saturdays, the
reception is open from 8 am to 8 pm.
Emergency
The intercom is situated on the right of the reception
door during the night. Please contact the reception by
day.
Maintenance Service
For any malfunctions within your accommodation,
shower block etc, please contact the
reception
Internet
Free WIFI connexion & laptop is at your disposal at the
bar. Paying WIFI in accomodations : on request at the
reception, depending on accomodation.

Activities
Even though the beach is only 50m away, enjoy
swimming in the campsite thanks to our 600m²
waterpark.
Swimming pool
With the heated swimming pool you can enjoy and
have fun in total tranquility.
New : you can now get swimming lessons with our
lifeguard in July and August*.

Security instructions
1°) Admission terms
To be allowed to enter, settle in and stay on a pitch or in an
accomodation, you need to have been given permission by the
manager or their representative.
2°) Police formalities
Any person staying on the campsite must present to the
manager or their representative their ID papers, if requested
to.
3°) Settling in
Tents or caravans and equipment must be settled at the
specified pitch in accordance with the manager’s or their
representative’s instructions.
4°) Reception
A book of complaints or a special box intented for your
complaints is at your disposal at the reception.
Complaints will be taken into consideration as long as they are
signed, dated, and as accurate as possible and with regards
to a recent event.
5°) Tourist taxes
Tourist taxes are paid at the reception. They are due according
to the number of nights spent on the campsite. Campsite
residents are invited to let the reception know of their
departure the day before they leave.
6°) Noise
Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.
Campsite residents are asked to be quiet and avoid too much
noise which could bother neighbours. Dogs and other animals
must not be left alone and have to be on a leash when on the
campsite.
7°) Visitors
After having been allowed by the owner or their representative,
campers are allowed to welcome visitors at the reception. If
these visitors are allowed on the campsite, the camper who
welcomes them has to pay an extra tax.
8°) Cleanliness and respect
Everyone is asked to respect the cleanliness, hygiene of the
campsite environment with respects to its accomodations and
sanitation/shower facilities.
9°) Security
Open fires are strictly prohibided. In case of fire warn immediatly
the reception. Extinguishers are available if necessary.
Management is responsible for all items given to the reception
and to watch over the campsite..
10°) Violation of standing orders
If a resident disturbs any other campsite resident or does
not respect these standing orders, the owner or their
representative will ask the resident to stop the disruption. If
this is violated the last / only resort will be to call the police.
Risque of marine submersion
All campers will be advised when to evacuate the premisses by the director and their team. During
these circustances it is highly important to stay calm, and follow the instructions carefully:
1. Switch off gas outside and switch off electricity
2. Head towards higher areas or the meeting point
3. Only take with you identification, currency and items which are most important to you.
4. Leave your car and camping material
5. Do not take refuge in caravans (with strong coastal storms and floods they are more
than likely to get carried away)
6. Once you have left don't go back You can now check the evacuation map of the grounds at the
reception and on the shower sanitation blocs. Check and plan in advance your way to the
meeting point. The evacuation itineraries are symbolised by this logo

Circulation
Limited at 5 km/h. Forbidden between 11pm and
7am. Park on the carpark at the entrance of the
campsite during these times. Your gate code works
for 1 vehicle, do not share your code otherwise you
won’t be able to enter or exit the campsite anymore.
Noise
All entertainment ends at midnight. Please retire to
your accommodation quietly.
Pets
Extras
It must be on a lead and their vaccinations up to
date. Dog waste bags at your disposal in front of the
reception.
Waste
• TV*: 5€/night
• Baby Kit*: baby bath, baby bed or
high chair: 2€/night per item for 2
flowers & 3 flowers. Free for 4 flowers
and premium.
• Sheets : 12€ per kit
• Towels : 6€ per kit
• Departure cleaning*: from 70€
*on reservation, depending availablity and only in
some accommodation, please ask at the reception

At the campsite's exit, split waste into required
categories before disposing.
Barbecue
For security reasons when using the BBQ, please keep
it a certain distance away from the accommodation.
Do not throw your recently used ashes in the
garbage container. Only
use coal in the BBQ (wood and branches are
forbidden). Coal for sale at the grocery shop.
