TERRINE SLICER DIRECTIONS FOR USE
LIRE ATTENTIVEMENT ET APPLIQUER
LES INSTRUCTIONS CI-APRES
CAREFULLY READ AND APPLY THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS
The TERRINE SLICER is composed with :
- # 1" : 1 stainless steel base equipped with 2 columns and 4 holes
- # 2" : 1 stainless steel mounting with 4 pins
- # 3" : 1 stainless steel cutting frame
- # 4" : 2 stainless steel wires ( diametre : 0,4 mm)
INSTRUCTIONS :
This machine has been designed for collectivities : hospitals, schools, refectories, to cut terrines (maximum
length : 300 mm) in same tickness slices of 10 mm réf.CTER01 (30 slices) or 7 mm Réf.CTER02(42 slices)
according to the cutting frame and the mounting used. It also allows to cut soft cheese & cheese packed as a stick
shape (goat cheese for instance). We do not garantee its effectiveness or the wireʼs durability when cutting thicker
products
(such as pâté, pâté en croute,..).
BEFORE THE FIRST USE :
- Screw on the two handles on the cutting frame on the two threaded rods.
- Check to the tightening of the wires on the cutting frame : the wires must “sing” clearly.
- Put the cutting frame on the two rods
- Your terrine slicer is ready to use
TO CUT TERRINES :
- Be sure that the cutting frame agree with the mounting used (7 or 10 mm)
- Put the cutting frame up on the rods to the locking position
- Take off the mounting and put the turned out terrine on it
- Put again the mounting with the terrine on the base ; Pay attention that the 4 pins are well fitted into the
4 holes of the base.
- To cut, pull down the cutting frame thanks to the 2 handles while pushing simultaneously on the locking knobs.
Gently push down the cutting frame up to its lower blocked position.
Release the two locking knobs.
You can take off the slices. The cutting frame will not go up thanks to the locking knobs.
- When finished put again the cutting frame in its upper position.
TO CLEAN :
-The terrine slicer has been designed to be entirely washed in a dishwasher
- The mounting and the cutting frame are removable : they can be washed separately. In this case pay a particular
attention not to worse the wires that cannot support an excessive tightening.
TO REPLACE A WIRE ON THE CUTTING FRAME
ADVICE : In order to make easier the substitution of the wire(s) we recommnd to return the cutting frame and to block it on the rods in
its upper position.
- Unscrew the two set nuts (A) with the same turns number (end wrench 27 mm)
- Unscrew the screws and washers (B) and C
- - Remove the wire that is broken
INSTALL A NEW WIRE
- Block the tip of the wire with the screws and washers (B) and B2 (see diagram - end wrench 7 mm).
- Put the wire in the grooves of the rivets (D). Pay attention not to bend the wire. If the wire is bent, its breaks when you tighten it.
- Follow the arrows as indicated on the diagram up to the rive (D1).
- Block the other tip of the wire thanks to the screws and the screws and the washers (C1) and C2 (end wrench 7 mm).
ATTENTION
Pay attention that the new wire must have the same warping as the wire that is already mounted on the cutting frame.
- Retighten the wire with adjustable nuts (A).
- Turnp them with the same number of turns.
COUPE TERRINE composé de :
Rep.1 : Plateau en acier inoxydable équipé de 2 colonnes
Rep.2 : Berceau en acier inoxydable
Rep.3 : Cadre de coupe en acier inoxydable
Rep.4 : Fils acier inoxydable diamètre 0,4 mm
MODE DʼEMPLOI :
Cet appareil a été conçu pour les collectivités (hôpitaux, collèges, restaurants dʼentreprise,
etc..), pour couper divers types de terrines dʼenviron 2,300 Kg et 300 mm de longueur
maximum en tranches dʼépaisseur égale de 10 mm Réf.CTER01( 30 tranches)
ou 7 mm Réf.CTER02 (42 tranches) selon le cadre de coupe et le berceau utilisé.
Il permet également de découper des fromages à pâte molle et conditionnés sous forme
de buchettes ( ex. fromage de chèvre).
Nous ne garantissons aucunement son efficacité ou la solidité des fils pour la découpe
de produits plus consistant, tels pâtés, pâtés en croute, etc...
AVANT LA PREMIERE UTILISATION :
- Visser les deux poignées sur le cadre de coupe sur les deux tiges filetées prévues à cet effet.
- Vérifier la tension des fils sur le cadre de coupe : les fils doivent «chanter».
- Engager le cadre de coupe sur les colonnes de guidage.
- Votre coupe terrine est prêt à être utilisé
UTILISATION :
- Sʼassurer que e cadre de coupe correspond bien au berceau utilisé ( 7 ou 10 mm).
- Mettre le cadre de coupe en position haute jusquʼau blocage de celui-ci.
- Poser la terrine démoulée sur le berceau.
- Pour couper, abaisser le cadre de coupe à lʼaide des 2 poignées et en appuyant
simultanément sur les 2 boutons de blocage pour le débloquer. Abaisser lentement
- le cadre de coupe à fond jusquʼà sa position de blocage inférieure (relâcher les boutons
de blocage). Celle-ci permet au cadre de coupe de ne pas remonter une fois la terrine
coupée et de récupérer les tranches en toute tranquillité.
- Lorsque les tranches ont été enlevées, remonter le cadre de coupe à sa position déblocage
supérieure.
NETTOYAGE :
- Lʼappareil est conçu pour pouvoir être lavé entièrement en machine.
- Le cadre de coupe étant démontable, il peut être lavé séparément.
Faire alors particulièrement attention à ne pas détériorer les fils du cadre.
CHANGEMENT DʼUN FIL SUR LE CADRE DE COUPE
LIRE ET APPLIQUER TRES ATTENTIVEMENT LES INSTRUCTIONS CI-APRÈS

CONSEIL : Pour faciliter le changement du fil défectueux, nous vous recommandons de retourner le cadre de
coupe et le bloquer ne positon haute sur les colonnes.
- Dessérer les deux écrous de réglage A du même nombre de tours de clé
(clé plate de 27 mm).
- Déssérer les ensembles vis+rondelles B et C (clé plate ou à pipe de 7).
- Démonter le fil endommagé ou cassé.
REMONTAGE DU NOUVEAU FIL
- Bloquer une extrémité du fil à lʼaide des vis et rondelles B1 et B2 comme indiqué sur le schéma (clé plate ou à pipe de 7).
- Engager le fil dans les gorges des rivets «D» en évitant bien de le plier (LE FIL PLIE CASSE LORSQUʼON LE TEND)
en suivant les flèches comme indiqué sur le schéma jusquʼau rivet D1.
- Bloquer la deuxième extrémité du fil à lʼaide des vis et rondelles C1 et C2 (clé de 7).
- Couper la surlongueur de fil à lʼaide dʼune pince coupante.
IMPORTANT : veillez à ce que le nouveau fil ait la même déformation quel le fil qui est resté sur le cadre de coupe.
Retendre les fils à lʼaide des écrous de réglage A en les serrant du même nombre de tours.
