Creation and direction in Lyon of the Erasmus student and faculty exchange programs, at
the law school (in charge of the whole program between 1985-2005) and at the university
level (Director of international programs 1993-1996, Vice President of Université Jean
Moulin, in charge of International Program, 1997-1999). This included setting up a proper
International Relations Office at university level, staffed with 7 administrators, and the
coordination of a team of 12 faculty members, managing every year up to 500 outgoing
students and 600 incoming exchange students.
