L’INSTITUT ITALIEN POUR LE COMMERCE EXTERIEUR
DEPUIS 43 ANS, UNE PRESENCE AU MAROC
L'Institut Italien pour le Commerce Extérieur
( Istituto nazionale per il Commercio
Estero ) est un Organisme Gouvernemental italien dont le Siège est à Rome.
Sa mission est de promouvoir, faciliter et développer les échanges commerciaux, le
partenariat, les opportunités d'affaires et la coopération industrielle entre les entreprises
italiennes et étrangères. Il favorise l'internationalisation des entreprises italiennes et leur
enracinement sur les marchés extérieurs et soutient les flux d’investissement productifs.
INFORMATION - PROMOTION - COOPERATION - MULTILATERALE - FORMATION
Fondé en 1926, principalement à l’époque pour promouvoir le développement des
exportations des produits du sol et de l’industrie italienne, cette même année est créé le
premier bureau italien à Catania, et en 1930 le premier bureau à l’étranger (Hambourg).
Dès 1935, l'Institut Italien pour le Commerce Extérieur assume des compétences
spécifiques également en matière d’importations, et en 1945, la dénomination actuelle
d’Institut italien pour le Commerce Extérieur (ICE) est adoptée.
De 1930 à 2001, ICE développe sa présence dans le monde entier, et est aujourd’hui
présent dans 88 pays avec 115 unités opérationnelles ( bureaux et points de
correspondance), et un réseau de 17 bureaux en Italie pour assurer aux entreprises
italiennes un soutien global en Italie comme à l’étranger.
Le bureau de Casablanca, Institut Italien pour le Commerce Extérieur – Section
pour la Promotion des Echanges de l’Ambassade d’Italie au Maroc, ouvert en
1970, fête cette année ses 43 ans de présence au Maroc.
Son rôle est celui de développer les relations économiques, commerciales,
industrielles et de partenariat entre les entreprises italiennes et les entreprises
marocaines, pour lesquelles ses services sont gratuits mais également celles de
la Mauritanie, du Sénégal et de la Côte d’Ivoire qui relèvent de sa compétence.
Dès 2003, l’Organisme public italien est certifié ISO 9001 par deux des certificateurs
mondiaux les plus qualifiés et prestigieux, VERITAS et SGS, assurant ainsi à ses
propres interlocuteurs et clients les plus hauts niveaux de transparence, efficacité,
correction procédurale.
En 2009, l'Institut Italien pour le Commerce Extérieur a organisé 759 événements
promotionnels sur 70 marchés internationaux, concernant plus de 90 secteurs
d’activités, et impliquant la participation de quelques 13.000 entreprises italiennes et
17.000 opérateurs en provenance de divers pays.
Pour ce qui est des services d’information, d’assistance et de consulting aux entreprises,
et tout particulièrement les PME/PMI, ceux-ci ont été au nombre de 22.600.
La formation est également une priorité pour l'Institut Italien pour le Commerce
Extérieur, qui a dispensé un total de 25.000 heures de formation aux étudiants,
opérateurs étrangers et aux entreprises qui opèrent dans le commerce international en
s'appuyant sur les piliers suivants : recherche, innovation, communication et contrôle de
qualité du processus de formation, agréments et programmes réalisés avec les Régions
italiennes ainsi qu'avec les gouvernements des pays concernés.

est un Organisme Gouvernemental avec son Siège à Rome et fait partie d’un réseau
de 100 représentations dans le monde entier.
Le bureau de Casablanca a la compétence sur
le Maroc, la Mauritanie, le Sénégal et la Côte d’Ivoire.
Son rôle est celui de développer les relations économiques, commerciales,
industrielles et de coopération entre les entreprises italiennes et les entreprises
marocaines, mauritaniennes, sénégalaises et ivoiriennes.
Dans ce but elle fournit les services suivants :
informe les entreprises des pays de notre compétence du marché italien dans les
divers secteurs ;
informe sur les opportunités d’affaires avec les entreprises italiennes ;
fournit les noms des opérateurs italiens fournisseurs/exportateurs ;
cherche des partenaires pour des projets de collaboration ;
fournit le catalogue de tous les salons internationaux en Italie, accompagné
d’informations sur le secteur des produits traités ;
propose des offres de produits et de collaboration provenant des entreprises italiennes ;
assiste les entreprises dans les négociations avec les firmes italiennes ;
organise des rencontres, séminaires, missions aussi bien en Italie que dans les divers
pays de sa compétence ;
programme et réalise des manifestations promotionnelles (foires, expositions, salons,
etc…) afin de faire connaître les produits italiens de différents secteurs ;
étudie, avec les contreparties des pays de notre compétence, les programmes de
développement des relations économiques, commerciales et de partenariat ;
collabore avec les autorités locales ainsi qu’avec les organismes gouvernementaux pour
la promotion des relations de collaboration et des échanges technologiques.
