Frédéric Laypere: short biography and selected bibliography Frédéric Lapeyre, Ph.D., is Senior Employment and Informal Economy Specialist at the International Labour Organization, Geneva and Visiting Professor at the Institute of Development Studies, Catholic University of Louvain (UCL); He is a former Professor of the UCL, associated Professor of IUED (Geneva) and the first Chairman of the Doctoral School of Development Studies of the French Community of Belgium. He was awarded of a Fulbright Postdoc scholarship at Brown University (USA). He has published widely in his field, his publication include: - Bhalla, A. and F.
