Hamilton Group Funding Appoints Maria Fregosi as Vice President, Chief Capital Markets Officer
Pace, F.L. (Dec. 3, 2013) – Hamilton Group Funding is pleased to introduce Maria Fregosi as Vice
President, Chief Capital Markets Officer. Maria will be joining the firm on Jan. 1, 2014.
With more than 20 years in finance, investment and mortgage banking, her career has encompassed
numerous roles including EVP of ABN AMRO Bank where she created and ran the Integrated Market
Strategies group, encompassing loan and servicing portfolio management, loan pricing, secondary
marketing, new product development, analytics, capital markets and pipeline hedging. Fregosi was
responsible for the development and creation of the ABN AMRO mortgage conduit program (AMAC) and
the mortgage capital markets business (AMCAP). Most recently, she worked as the COO/CCO for
Catalyst Financial, a boutique investment banking firm, and BKF Capital Group, Inc., a publicly traded
holding company for investment activities.

Fregosi earned a B.A. in economics from State University College at Buffalo and holds an M.B.A. in
finance and economics from the University of Rochester’s Simon School.
