Orders are also expected in the near future for a batch of Aermacchi AL.6OCs for the Italian Army, and about 25 PD-808 jet
transports for the air force. The Italian industry has extensive
aerospace interests which, in addition to ELDO and ESRO
participation, include a national programme for satellite launching
in conjunction with NASA. More than 60 aerospace companies
are represented within the Italian Association of Aerospace
Industries. 1964 turnover for Fiat was quoted as up by Lit28,OOOm
(|48m) to Lit77,0OOm ($ 123.2m).

lancer un nouveau programme pour la construction d'un rempiacant
du F-104G, mais puisque aucun n'est jusqu' a maintenant parvenu
a retenir l'attention, il semble que 1'activite industrielle va etre
soutenu par des commandes supplementaires de F-104G chez le
consortium Fiat.
On avait d'abord propose de prolonger la construction du
F-104G, dont 125 pour Tarmee de Pair italienne etaient presque
acheves, par une commande supplemental de 40 avions, mais en
l'absence d'autre chasseur susceptible d'etre construit sous licence—
le Northrop F-5, Mirage III et Phantom, entre autres, avaient ete
consideres—il est probable qu'une commande supplementaire.
