A Taste of the Caribbean and CCN (Caribbean
Culinary Network) invites you to discover the tastes and spices of the Caribbean.
Presenting Chef Anthony Mair, direct from Jamaica and Taymer Mason direct from
the beautiful French Island of St. Martin. These two Master Chefs will be presenting four
interactive cooking workshops entitled “Redefining Caribbean Cuisine” in Montreal
on December 12, 13 and 14, 2013. Why not entice your guests for the upcoming
Holiday Season. Workshops will be held at the new Les Cuisines Commerciales
Mont-Royal, Suite 119-120, 5475 ave Royal mount, Mont-Royal, QC H4P 1J3.
Join Chef Anthony Mair, Celebrity Chef, Caterer, Restaurateur, and experienced
Instructor as he demonstrates three of his favorite recipes that illustrate the essence of

Chef Anthony Mair’s Menu:
1) Dumplings stuffed with a curried pumpkin mash, topped with a coconut crème
fraîche and caramelized scotch bonnet onions.
2) Rib sampler with, Blue Mountain Coffee laced BBQ ribs and Guava Jerk ribs.
3) Avocado crème Brûlée

Format: Two-hour interactive demonstration, in English, followed by generous tastings
of the dishes cooked.
