REGOLAMENTO INTERNO
Il regolamento viene consegnato agli ospiti al momento del loro arrivo; è affisso sia all’ingresso che all’interno del Villaggio
turistico. L’atto d’ingresso al Villaggio implica, da parte dell’ospite, la sua completa accettazione ed osservanza. Nell’interesse
di tutti, la Direzione si riserva il diritto di allontanare e perseguire penalmente coloro che omettano l’osservanza anche di
un solo punto del presente regolamento oppure che, con il loro comportamento, pregiudichino il mantenimento dell’ordine e
della quiete all’interno del Villaggio.
La collaborazione dei nostri Ospiti è indispensabile per garantire un soggiorno sereno e piacevole a tutti.
ART.1: ACCESSO AL VILLAGGIO
1. L’ingresso al Villaggio e alla spiaggia è consentito soltanto a chi è stato regolarmente autorizzato, dopo aver esibito un
documento per le registrazioni così come richiesto dalla legge. La non osservanza di tale regola costituisce violazione delle
norme del codice penale. Le persone sorprese all’interno del Villaggio, prive di autorizzazione della Direzione, verranno denunciate per violazione di domicilio.
2. Al momento dell’arrivo viene richiesto un documento d’identità che verrà restituito al pagamento del soggiorno.
ART.2:AUTO O MOTO E CIRCOLAZIONE E PARCHEGGIO DEI VEICOLI
1. E’ ammessa una sola auto / motocicletta che dovrà essere parcheggiata nel posto assegnato alla propria unità abitativa/
piazzola; tale veicolo a motore non dovrà circolare durante le ore del silenzio (dalle 13.00 alle 15.00 e dalle 23.00 alle 07.00).
Ogni altra auto, propria o di amici7visitatori giornalieri, dovrà essere parcheggiata all’esterno in area non custodita.
2. L’accesso ai furgoni è consentito esclusivamente per scarico e carico.
ART.3:PERMANENZA
1. Le unità abitative e le piazzole con prenotazione vengono assegnate dalla direzione.
2. Nel caso in cui la scelta della piazzola sia affidata al cliente, egli dovrà comunicare all’Ufficio ricevimento il numero della
piazzola scelto il giorno stesso dell’arrivo. Le piazzole in prenotazione possono essere occupate solo previa autorizzazione
della Direzione.
3. Durante l’orario del silenzio, dalle 13.00 alle 15.00 e dalle 23.00 alle 07.00, è vietata la circolazione di qualunque tipo di
veicolo a motore; l’ingresso e l’uscita sono consentiti solo a piedi; radio, Tv e altre apparecchiature sonore non devono essere
udibili all’esterno delle unità abitative, delle tende e dei caravan.
4. In base alle norme per la tutela della privacy, le chiamate di ricerca degli ospiti tramite altoparlante, le telefonate in arrivo
e qualsiasi altra richiesta o informazione sugli ospiti presenti all’interno del Villaggio non possono essere fornite o effettuate
se non previa autorizzazione dello stesso ospite.
ART. 4: OSPITI TEMPORANEI
1. Gli ospiti temporanei (persone ospitate per uno o più notti dai titolari delle unità abitative o piazzole) sono ammessi a
condizione che il numero complessivo dei pernottanti non superi il numero massimo di persone consentito per tipo di unità abitativa/piazzola.
2. L’arrivo e la partenza di tali ospiti deve essere segnalato in tempo reale all’Ufficio Ricevimento che provvederà alla registrazione facendola controfirmare dall’ospite.
ART. 5: VISITATORI GIORNALIERI
1. I visitatori giornalieri sono ammessi, previa l’autorizzazione della Direzione, dalle 08.00 alle 22.30. Ai nostri ospiti è
consentito rimanere nel Villaggio anche durante la giornata di partenza, a condizione che si paghi l’ingresso giornaliero e che
si parcheggi l’auto all’esterno del Villaggio.
2. I visitatori che si trattengono per non più di 60 minuti possono entrare gratuitamente, ma devono depositare un documento
d’identità valido che sarà restituito al momento dell’uscita.
ART. 6: PARTENZA-PAGAMENTO
1. Le unità abitative devono essere liberate entro le ore 10.00, le piazzole entro le ore 11.00. Qualunque partenza effettuata
dopo tale orario comporta l’addebito di un ulteriore giorno di partenza.
2. Al momento della partenza viene effettuato il controllo dell’unità abitativa. In presenza di danni, ammanchi e/o condizioni
di particolare disordine, la Direzione è tenuta a chiedere un rimborso dei danni subiti.
3. Non si effettuano riduzioni in caso di arrivo non conforme alla prenotazione, oppure in caso di partenza anticipata rispetto
al periodo prenotato. In caso di partenza anticipata di una piazzola con prenotazione si applicherà il prezzo della piazzola per
l’intero periodo prenotato; mentre per le persone l’addebito verrà conteggiato fino al giorno effettivo della partenza.
ART. 7: DANNI- RC - OGGETTI SMARRITI - FURTI
1. La Direzione non risponde per i danni causati da: condotta di altri ospiti; questioni di forza maggiore; calamità naturali
(quali caduta di alberi o rami, altre cause non dipendenti dalla negligenza del personale del Villaggio).
2. L’utilizzo delle piscine, del parco giochi e di tutte le strutture ed attrezzature del Villaggio è a rischio e pericolo dell’ospite.
3. La partecipazione a tutte le attività di animazione sportiva e non, è da considerarsi una libera scelta da parte del cliente.
Eventuali conseguenze dannose derivanti dalla condotta del cliente non possono essere imputabili al Villaggio.

ALLGEMEINE VORSCHRIFTEN
Vorliegende Interne Vorschriften werden unseren Gästen bei der Anmeldung ausgehändigt und sind sowohl am Eingang wie
auch im Innern der Ferienanlage sichtbar ausgehängt. Bei Betreten der Anlage akzeptiert der Gast diese Vorschriften ohne
Recht auf Vorbehalt. Im Interesse aller Gäste behält sich die Direktion das Recht vor, jeden,der diese Bestimmungen in auch
nur einem einzigen Punkt nicht beachtet oder durch sein Verhalten die Ruhe und die Ordnung im Feriendorf beeinträchtigt,
von der Anlage zu verweisen und strafrechtlich zu verfolgen. Für einen unbeschwerten und angenehmen Aufenthalt ist die
Mitarbeit aller unentbehrlich.
ART. 1: ZUGANG ZUR FERIENANLAGE
1. Der Zugang zur Ferienanlage und zum Strand ist allein denjenigen gestattet, die durch Vorlage eines gültigen Ausweises die vom Gesetz vorgesehene Registrierung vollzogen haben und dadurch von der Direktion autorisiert wurden. Eine
Nichtbeachtung ist rechtswidrig. Personen, die im Inneren der Ferienanlage ohne Erlaubnis der Direktion angetroffen
werden,werden nach Art. 614 C.P. - Hausfriedensbruch - angezeigt.
2. Bei Anreise wird ein Personalausweis zurückbehalten, welcher bei Bezahlung des Aufenthaltes retourniert wird.
ART. 2: AUTO ODER MOTORRÄDER - VERKEHRS- UND PARKEINSCHRÄNKUNGEN
1. I nnerhalb der Anlage ist pro Wohneinheit/Stellplatz nur ein Auto Motorrad zugelassen. Während der Ruhezeiten ist die
Zirkulation von Autos/Motorrädern strengstens verboten. Zweitwagen - eigene oder von Freuden - müssen ausserhalb der
Anlage,auf einem unbewachten Parkplatz, abgestellt werden.
2. LKW’s ist nur zum Be- und/oder Entladen die Zufahrt zur Ferienanlage gestattet.3. Boote und/oder Bootsanhänger sind
innerhalb der Anlage nicht erlaubt.
ART. 3: AUFENTHALT
1. Die Wohneinheiten und Stellplätze werden von der Direktion zugewiesen.
2. Im Falle einer eigenen Stellplatzwahl ist der Gast verpflichtet, noch am Anreisetag der Rezeption die gewählte Stellplatznummer mitzuteilen. Die den Reservierungen zugeteilten Stellplätze dürfen nur nach Genehmigung seitens der Direktion belegt
werden.
3. Während der Ruhezeiten (13.00 Uhr bis 15.00 Uhr und 23.00 Uhr bis 07.00 Uhr) herrscht innerhalb der Anlage absolutes
Fahrverbot; die Anlage darf nur zu Fuss betreten oder verlassen werden; Radios, Fernseher u.ä. dürfen ausserhalb von
Wohneinheiten/Zelten nicht hörbar sein.
4. Gemäss italienischer Gesetzgebung D.LGS.196/2003 zum Schutz der Privatsphäre dürfen keine Informationen über
den eventuellen Aufenthalt eines Gastes in der Anlage, sowie Ausrufe über Lautsprecher, oder Telefonate,weitergegeben
werden,wenn nicht vorher vom Gast eine Genehmigung erteilt wurde.
ART. 4: ZEITWEILIGE BESUCHER
1. Zeitweilige Besucher:darunter verstehen sich Personen, die für eine oder mehrere Nächte bei einem unserer Gäste übernachten. Die Gesamtanzahl der anwesenden Personen darf die maximale pro Wohneinheit/Stellplatz zugelassene Personenanzahl nicht überschreiten.
2. Ihre Anund Abreise muss unverzüglich der Rezeption mitgeteilt werden, welche die gesetzlichen Formalitäten erledigen
wird, die vom Kunden unterzeichnet werden müssen.
ART. 5: TAGESBESUCHER
1. Tagesbesucher sind zugelassen und zwar zu folgenden Zeiten: 08.00 - 22.30 Uhr.Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Zugang zur
Anlage. Unseren abreisenden Gästen ist der Tages-Aufenthalt innerhalb der Anlage gestattet sofern der Eintrittspreis für
Tagesbesucher bezahlt und das Auto ausserhalb der Anlage abgestellt wird.
2. Besucher, die weniger als 60 Minuten in der Anlage verweilen, können kostenlos eintreten, müssen jedoch einen Personalausweis bei der Rezeption abgeben, der bei Ausgang aus der Anlage zurückgegeben wird.
ART. 6: ABREISE - ZAHLUNG
1. Die Abreise bei den Wohneinheiten muss innerhalb 10.00 Uhr, bei den Stellplätzen innerhalb 11.00 Uhr erfolgen.Abreisen
nach diesen Zeiten haben die Belastung einer zusätzlichen Nacht zum gültigen Tagestarif zur folge.
2. Bei Abreise ist die Kontrolle der Wohneinheit vorgesehen. Eventuelle Schäden,fehlende Gegenstände und/oder Unordnung
werden belastet,indem sich die Direktion von der einbezahlten Kaution den entsprechenden Gegenwert einbehaltet.
3. Es werden keine Ermässigungen im Falle einer verspäteten Anreise oder verfrühten Abreise, abweichend von der Buchungsbestätigung, gewährt. Bei Verfrühten Abreisen von Stellplatzbuchungen wird der Stellplatz bis zum Buchungsdatum
belastet und die Personen bis zum effektiven Abreisetag.
ART. 7: SCHÄDEN - VERLORENE GEGENSTÄNDE - DIEBSTAHL
1. Die Direktion haftet nicht für Schäden, die von anderen Gästen, durch Naturgewalt (wie herabstürzende Äste und/oder Bäume) oder durch anderes Verschulden, das nicht mit der Fahrlässigkeit des Personals in Verbindung steht, verursacht wurden.
2. Die Benutzung der Schwimmbecken, des Spielplatzes und aller in der Anlage befindlichen Einrichtungen ist auf eigene Gefahr.
3. Die Teilnahme an alle von der Animation organisierten Sportkurse,Turniere und/oder ähnliches sind eine freie Entscheidung
des Gastes. Die Ferienanlage übernimmt keine Verantwortung im Falle eventueller Verletzungen oder andere Schäden des
Gastes, verursacht durch dessen Benehmen.

ART. 1: ACCESS RULES
1. Access into the village and the beach is permitted only to authorized people,who have produced, for this purpose, a valid
ID.Any violation of this principle means violation of the penal law, and transgressors will be sued of house-breaking.
2. On arrival, guests are requested to tender a valid ID which bill be returned after final payment.
ART. 2: MOTOR VEHICLES - CIRCULATION AND PARKING RULES
1. Inside the premises only 1 car/motorbike per unit/emplacement is allowed, equipped with the control-coupon, and cannot
circulate during the Silence hours.Any other car - owned by visitors or parents - must be parked outside the premises.
2. Vans are admitted only for loading/unloading and cannot park inside.
ART. 3: LODGING RULES
1. Lodges and reserved emplacements are assigned by the Management.
2. Once authorized to choose the emplacement himself, guest must notify immediately the number of emplacement to the
Reception Desk. Reserved emplacements can be occupied only upon the Management authorisation.
3. During the silence hours, from 13.00 to 15.00 and from 23.00 to 07.00, it is forbidden to enter, to circulate around and to
exit the premises with motor vehicles of any kind.Guests can enter or exit only by feet or by bicycle. Radio,TV and any other
device must be lowered down and not be audible outside the lodge
4. According to the privacy tutorship, any search for clients with speakers, any incoming call, and the release of any kind of
information regarding guests hosted in the village, cannot be performed without the agreement of the guest himself.
ART. 4: TEMPORARY GUESTS
1. Temporary guests (those who spend 1 or more nights in the lodge/emplacement of a resident guest) are admitted as long
as the total number of occupants does not exceed the maximum permitted for that type of lodge.
2. They must check-in and check-out in real time at the Reception and sign the form provided.
ART. 5: DAY VISITORS
1. Day visitors are admitted from 08.00 to 22.30. Our guest are allowed to stay in the resort also the day of departure, as long
as they pay the daily fee and park the car outside the premises.
2. There is no charge for visitors staying less than 60 minutes, but they must deposit a valid ID at the Reception until their
departure.
ART. 6: DEPARTURE RULES
1. Check-out time is 10.00 a.m. for house-unit residents, 11.00 a.m. for camping residents. In case of check-out after that
time one extra night will be charged to guest’s account.
2. Lodges will be inspected before tenant’s departure. If any damage, or untidiness occurs, a certain amount will be charged,
based on a leaflet available in every lodge.
3. Bookings of house units: no reduction applied in case of delayed arrival and/or advanced departure; bookings of emplacements: in case of advanced departure the price per person will be charged until day of departure, while the price of
emplacement will be charged according to the booked dates.
ART. 7: DAMAGES - RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The Management cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by: guests behaviour,uncontrollable events and environmental calamities,such as fall of trees or branches, or by any other cause not depending on our Personnel’s negligence.
2. Using of swimming-pools, playgrounds, sport equipments, etc. is at your owns risk.
We recommend guests to watch over their children.
3. All the animation and sport activities are optional and a free will of our guests. Any harmful result due to guest’s behaviour
cannot be ascribed to the Village.

REGLES
Ce réglement est distribué à l’interieur du camping même. L’entrée dans le camping constitue acceptation du prèsent réglement sans réserve. Dans l’intérêt de tous, la direction se réserve le droit de quitter et de poursuivre ceux qui affectent l’ordre
et la tranquillité du village avec leur comportement.
Pour un sejour serein, la collaboration de tous nous est indispensable.
ART. 1: ACCÈS AU VILLAGE
1. L’entrée au village et à la plage n’est autorisée à ceux qui n’ont été pas autorisées régulièrement et qui n’ont produit pas un
document pour les enregistrements de loi. Le non respect constitue une violation des règles du code pénal. Qui est surpris à
l’intérieur du village sans l’autorisation du gestionnaire, sera déclaré pour violation de domicile.
2. A l’ar rivée est exigé le dépôt d’un document d’identité,qui sera retourné au paiement du sejour.
ART. 2: VOITURE, MOTO, CIRCULATION ET STATIONNEMENT DES VÉHICULES
1. Les véhicules doivent rouler à une vitesse limitée de 5 Km/h. La circulation est interdite entre 23 H et 7 H. Ne peuvent circuler dans le terrain de camping que les véhicules qui appartiennent aux campeurs y séjournant. Le stationnement, strictement
interdit sur les emplacements habituellement occupés par les abris de camping ne doit pas, en outre, entraver la circulation
ni empêcher l’installation de nouveaux arrivants.
2. L’accès pour les camionnettes est autorisé uniquement pour le déchargement et chargement.
3. Des bateaux ou des camions ne sont pas autorisées à l’intérieur du village.
ART. 3: INSTALLATION
1. Les mobilhomes et les emplacements avec réservation sont indiquées par la direction.
2. Le client doit communiquer l’emplacement choisi au gestionnaire le jour d’arrivée.Les emplacements réservées peuvent
être utilisés uniquement avec la permission du gestionnaire.
3. Pendant les heures de repose,de 13:00 H jusqu’ à 15:00 H et de 23:00 H jusqu’à 7:00 H,le mouvement de tous les véhicules
à moteur est interdit; l’entrée et la sortie sont autorisées uniquement à pied; radio,TV et autres équipements audio ne doivent
pas être audibles à l’extérieur des mobilhomes et tentes/caravanes.
4. Selon les règles pour la protection de la privacy, la recherche des jeunes par haut-parleur, les appelles et toute autre
demande ou information sur les clientes ne peuvent pas être données ou rendus, si non après autorisation par lui-même.
ART. 4: VISITEURS TEMPORAIRES
1. Les visiteurs temporaires sont autorisés à condition que le nombre total ne dépasse pas le nombre maximal de personnes
autorisées dans les mobilhomes.
2. L’arrivée et départ doivent être rapportés en temps réel au bureau de réception.
ART. 5: VISITEURS QUOTIDIENS
1. Les visiteurs quotidiens sont autorisés, soumise à l’autorisation de la direction, de 08.00 jusqu’à 22.30 heures. Nos
clients seront autorisés à rester dans le village pendant le jour du départ, sous payment de l’entrée et le stationnement de
la voiture dehors du village.
2. Les visiteurs qui restent plus de 60 minutes peuvent entrer gratuitement, mais doivent soumettre un document d’identité
qui sera retourné à la sortie.
ART. 6: DÉPART - PAIEMENT
1. Les mobilhomes doivent être libérés avant de 10:00 heures, dans les emplacements avant de 11:00 heures.Tout les
départs après les horaires mentionnés implique un jour supplémentaire de séjour facturé.
2. Au départ un contrôle des mobilhome est effectué. En présence de dommages, pénuries et/ou conditions de troubles
particulier, la direction conservera le dépôt.
3. Nous ne engagions pas des réductions pour arrivée ou départ non conformes à la réservation. En cas de départ précoce,
s’appliquera le prix du camping pour la période ensemble net lea personnes seront comptées jusqu’au jour de départ réel.
ART. 7: DEGATS
1. La direction n’est pas responsable des dommages causés par:conduite des autres clients,les questions de force
majeure,catastrophes naturelles telles que tombé arbres ou autres causes non pas dépendantes de négligence de l’équipe
du village.
2. L’ utilisation de la piscine, les jeux pour les enfants et toutes les structures te l’équipement du village sont à risque du client.
3. La participation à toutes les activités d’animation et de sports est un libre choix du client. Tout dommage résultant de la
conduite du client ne peut pas être attribuable au village.

These rules are brought to guest’s knowledge on his arrival,and they are visible in the main frame at the entrance and in
various other frames around the resort.The act of entering the campsite implies a commitment, by our guest, to obey to all
these rules. In the name of everyone’s safety, the Management has the right to send away and punish whoever does not
comply with these rules, or whoever behaves in opposition to the quiet of other guests.
Everybody’s help is paramount to assure to our guests the most pleasant stay.

Reservation are completed only upon written confirmation on the part of the campground’s management.
DISDETTE:
Entro 60 giorni dall’inizio del soggiorno verrà restituito il 90% della caparra detratte le spese di prenotazione. Entro 30 giorni dall’inizio
del soggiorno verrà restituito il 50% della caparra detratte le spese di prenotazione. Oltre il tale termine non verrà effettuato nessun
rimborso. Il ritardato arrivo o l’anticipata partenza comportano il pagamento dell’intero periodo prenotato.
CANCELLATIONS :
Within 60 days the 90 % of the deposit less the administration charges will be returned. Within 30 days the 50% of the deposit less
the administration charges will be returned. Beyoind this limit of time no remboursement is due. In case of delayed arrival or early
